Coggin DeLand Lincoln

Used to go to Automall in Daytona, and with many horrible experiences I refused to go back. So when I had recalls on my Lincoln, I brought it to Coggin for the first time. Not only was the customer service better (shout out to Jen) but whoever worked/handled my car was not only fast, but done right the first time unlike the Automall. Coggin was a 40 min drive from where I live, and worth the drive! Coggin gained a customer, and not only will I bring my car back for repairs, but I will purchase future vehicles here. Highly recommend taking your car here.

My first visit to the dealership was to wander around and have a look see at what was available. I was interested in a hybrid and an American automobile. A salesman came out, we chatted. Had it been earlier in the day, 'bout 20 minutes before closing, I'm sure the introduction to the hybrid would have been at an easier pace. In any event. I came back after the weekend for more information. All personnel I talked with were polilte, knowledgeable, personable. I wasn't aware of any pressure techniques. A rental car was provided until the delivery of my new car. No fuss, no muss. Excellent experience.
Don't know who that Karl King fellow was; no one by that name was there for my visits the second week of August. Would guess he got canned. Good thing??

We just purchase a used car from here. The entire process excellent. They broke the ugly old mold of car dealers. The car and trade in pricing was very aggressive and the staff was friendly and easy going. There was no pressure to buy something we didn't want or need. I highly recommend our salesman Paul Cianciotto and this dealership.

My Service Manager Paul always makes me feel like a priority. We have a F150 and a Mercury Montego both older than 10 years. While we enjoy no car payment, it's time to invest in repairs from time to time.

He always makes time for our planned services and emergencys He understands our busy work and family life.

We attempted to shop local and quit a deal on a truck, because of a misunderstanding, called the salesman back and told him we'd go through with the deal as presented finally, later the same day, but couldn't close until the next day. He said he'd get the paperwork prepared so as to minimize our time, at our request. We arrived at the appointed time and the salesman told us the truck we wanted had been sold. We were directed to another vehicle which was just a little more expensive, but it was unacceptable. Bryan assisted us with finding an acceptable alternate and we did a dealer trade which was to close the next Monday we were told. It didn't close until Wednesday. Long ordeal to get an acceptable truck, but Bryan held the deal together, even though I was sure my husband was going to "walk" a second time. He was a gentleman throughout. By the time we finally closed I felt we had a good relationship with the entire staff in sales and the man in the BOX, Mark.

Negotiated over the phone, made an appointment with Alan Ragunt, their Internet Sales Manager....drove to Orange City from St. Petersburg and purchased the car....No gimmicks, no false promises, no bait-and-switch. The deal and the car were definitely worth the drive, and I am recommending them to friends and family.

I have purchased tires, had brake work done, brake fluid changed, oil & filter changed during the past few months. I always utilize the "Quick Lane" for service because the service advisers are honest and courteous. Bob is my choice.

I recently purchased a 2017 MKZ hybrid, The service support and communication with Larry Helsel, Jennifer Gruber and Beshoy Fadlalha were top notch. They also did their best to give me a great deal. I would highly recommend them.

Scot McCabe was my service supervisor. Had an email saying my appointment was on the 29th, when I brought the car in they were not ready for me. The car was serviced no problem and Scot was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a short wait.

I love MUSTANG, I got a great trade in value, interest.
I left jumper cables in trade and dealer promised to give
them back, but they never did. I think an employee
stole them. The dealer promised new cables but no such luck
