I have used Affordable Plumbing Solutions on several occasions and their customer service is awesome. Appointments have been scheduled promptly and service personnel arrived on time. Their work is excellent and they are efficient and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have never dealt with a more certified plumbing company then like i have with Affordable plumbing solutions. When i first called in i spoke with Audra and she was just an absolute sweet heart. Once i set up an appointment with them Daniel and Tim came out and were wonderful. My sink was having issue draining and like most of us i had a ton of junk underneath my sink. Daniel and Tim took it all out from underneath the sink and once they were completed put it all back even nicer then what it was before.

Not only was the job phenomenal i have never met such clean cut plumbers. They had a great uniformed and even cleaned up after them selves. The floor was cleaner after they left then before they got there.

Audra and Tim, owners of Affordable Plumbing Solutions, have always been prompt and professional with any service requests I have sent them, not only for our personal rental properties and private home, but for the many rental properties I manage for other owners. They show up when they promise or, if a plumbing emergency arises for another property, I always receive a call advising of the delay. Daniel, the technician who usually does our services, is a delight. He always follows up with a phone call to let me know what he found and what he did to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them for any and all plumbing issues you may have.

FAST FAST FAST. By the time I hung up the phone with the office manager, the plumber was pulling up. They squeezed me in and had the job done within 10 minutes. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Office staff was curt and obviously not wanting to do the job. Not impressed with this business.

Reviews are important in order to give others a little insight into how a company is to work with, as well as their integrity in what they tell you. Affordable Plumbing Solutions is not a company that delivers on either their service or their word.
I called Affordable Plumbing Solutions to come to our house 4 weeks ago to give us an estimate on a re-pipe, and to install a new toilet. Upon arrival, the estimator/repair guy, told us that the toilet we purchased was not an optimal one, and so no install or plumbing service was done. On to the re-pipe quote:
After getting a written quote from Dan for the re-pipe at $4500.00, along with the $85.00 service call bill for the non-install of the toilet, we received another written quote from Audra for more money than Dan's quote. I called Audra to ask why the increase in the bid, and she gave the excuse of "he shouldn't have worked up a quote that day, we have to charge you more". Audra also told me that they were 4 weeks out, and that she would call me back after looking at her schedule. Perfect timing as we would be gone until then. ....but no call!

4 weeks later, and we still hadn't heard from her. So I called her, and she lied by saying that she tried to call us, when she never did, as we have caller ID, an answering machine, voicemail, and call forwarding. Audra was extremely rude, and said it would now be 3 months from today, maybe, to get the job done! It was 4 weeks to get it done 4 weeks ago! Why the change? Her reason was that they are a small company and that she couldn't reach us. Really? ...with a cell phone number, home phone number, caller ID, answering machine? Nice try.....
I would not do business with Affordable Plumbing Solutions because I cannot trust what they say. BTW, I have had 2 other bonafide plumbing companies give us bids for $3500. One of them will get the job!
