They care about their customers. They made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish. They showed up on time and got the roof done in one day. And it looks fantastic! I noticed a water spot in our bedroom and decided to get a professional to come out and take a look. Chris Harris with J&M Roofing came out and did a complete walkover of our roof and discovered widespread hail damage. Within the last year we were victims of a vicious hail storm that left our roof heavily damaged with over 50% of the roof irreplaceable and likely the reason for the water spot in our room. Chris educated us on the benefits of our insurance that we never knew of! Chris walked us through filing a claim with our insurance company. Bankers Insurance sent out an adjuster who also found the same widespread damage. Within 2 months the claim was approved and we had a new roof installed. Chris was there every step of the way, God bless Chris. Thank you J&M Roofing for sending Chris into our lives!

J&M roofing installed a new roof for me last year. Jonathan was great as he walked me through the entire process from filing insurance to the actual installation. J&M Roofing was a great company to work with. After a bad storm the had replaced a neighbors roof and the neighbor talked about how great they were. We saw there truck and Jonathan Thiele in the neighborhood and asked him to look at out roof. the same day he came over and told us what problems he saw. Jonathan explained the process of working with our insurance company and took care of everything else. Jonathan even showed us houses J&M had done to help us pick out what color we wanted. J&M and Jonathan Thiele finished the job quickly and did a great job and I highly recommend this company.

Jonathan was very professional and was patient with me as he walked me through the insurance estimate and claims process. J&M roofing showed up on time and replaced our roof in a day and a half. Considering that many people in my neighborhood are also getting their roofs replaced, this was no small feat. I've seen other companies show up with three guys and are on the job 5-7 days! I have learned through a team member, Brandon, that your insurance may pay for roofing issues, if applicable. Friendly, transparent, efficient service. Although I may not have needed repairs and/or extensive work at that moment in time, contact info was saved and will always be in first choice in the event I need further inspections.
