I spoke with Paula who was amazing. She made me laugh while she scheduled my appointment. She was encouraging, empathetic and agreed to call me with any cancellations. She did that very thing the next day. Looking forward to working with this Dr and his staff.

Dr. Phommachanh was the first of several MDs to correctly diagnose my sister's cancer in the spring of 2017. His outstanding reputation in the community is the reason my sister changed her insurance to one accepted by his office. He coordinated her treatment with Drs. Larry Silverman and Anjan Patel. I attended every appointment with each of these physicians and know she could not have received better care from all parties involved...the doctors, nurses, receptionists all are dedicated, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr. Phommachanh and University ENT Associates.

I have been a patient of this practice for at least 5/8 years. They are always professional, and allocate sufficient time for the patient. Their knowledge, and care are really first quality. I have had many ENT Issues, and am very confident of the care I receive.

I visited Dr. Phommachanh's office numerous times and was very impressed with the care and service I received. The whole office staff is great especially Shonda and Dr. Phommachanh's nurse. As for Dr. Phommachanh he was very very knowledgable on every aspect of ENT and took all the time in the world with us. He cares very much about his patients and about medicine. I would highly recommend University ENT Associates and Dr. Phommachanh.

I went in for chronic throat pain lasting more than a year. Had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor, despite the fact that I had an early morning appointment. Then, the doctor looked down my throat, didn't do any other tests, and told me I "probably" had tonsillitis. He gave me an antibiotic and told me if it didn't work to come back. Surprise surprise, it didn't work, and now he gets paid twice, and I still don't know if there's something seriously wrong with my throat.

I had a x-ray done on the 30March2019, a whole thirty days went by and I was not contacted about my results. So I decided to give them a call on the 07May2019 and I got the excuse that SMH didn't send the results over to them and then they told me that they had to pull the results of the SMH website and she would send it over to the doctor to review but of course I didn't hear from them again until two weeks later and the voicemail that was left was that the doctor I was seeing will be leaving the practice so I would need to set an appointment with another physician in the practice. Wow really how would they think that sounds to me I have a growth on my face which have gotten larger since I've been waiting two months to hear back about my test results. Then on 30May2019 I get another call for me to make appointment to come in to the office really how in the world they would me to come in and it has taken two months to get back in touch with me. Do you really think that was the appropriate way to treat a patient I'm not very happy with this staff 🤔🤔

My wife was experiencing vertigo like symptoms and our family doctor could not see us very soon so we saw Dr. A Schwartz on a Saturday. He was quick to silence our attempts to engage with him 8-10X and he was sure that he did not need to actually check her ear canals. He assured us there was no cure for what he looked up on his iPhone while we were with him and said it could be 6 months before it just goes away naturally. We went to see our family doctor a few days later, he looked in her ear canals, diagnosed the obvious problem, prescribed medicine and she was better in 48 hours. Bottom line - ridiculous patient interaction, misdiagnosis, waste of time, waste of $$, brought the issue up to the telephone number on our bill in March, April and again today - ZERO Response, ZERO resolution and no concern for the fact that this type of treatment had occurred under their umbrella so to speak. I have called Blue Cross to make them aware of these details and I will be reporting it to wherever and whoever I can so that anyone dealing with this low level of careless service is informed. 15 minutes - 329.00 - misdiagnosis and terrible / disrespectful bedside manner. We will not be back.

Waited for over an hour to be seen, then felt that Dr Deems didn't listen to me. Then I received a check for an overpayment to my old address 2 years and 9 months after rendered services.

Went for a visit 3 weeks ago. I gave my co pay and today received a bill for $175.00. The Dr. sprayed some stuff up my nose and called it an endoscopy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!
