Good job on closing home transaction. Very pleasant staff

I called Jerome Levin to discuss issue I have with a condo association as he asked me to call him after my email. As I explained the case he acted all along as if he's arguing the case against me, even stating things against my case that are not in Florida Statutes.
For example he would ask why I need to see association documents, even though the law clearly states I have a right to see them. He would ask if I filed appeal within 30 days even though the law does not state it has to be filed within 30 days. He even stated 30 days have passed without knowing when I filed the appeal.
He stated some documents could be confidential and even the association attorney agreed they are not confidential.
After this he proceeded to tell me he doesn't want to go down this rabbit hole and that at this point in his career he can choose what to do. All along almost smirking at my arguments. Keep in mind I'm calling him to pay for his services after he asked me to call.
Having experienced this highly unprofessional conversation I would not hire him even if he offered his services for free.
