I am a patient at Optum health care. Have been since 2019. Super ppl! Great health care!! If you are one of those people that just wants the health care provider to agree with YOUR ideas and NOT listen to them then this is NOT the place for you. The entire team takes your health care to heart ( no pun intended ). I plan to continue as their patient for as long as they will allow!

Lab work

Horrible…. Do not waste your time with this clown show!!!! They do not have an on-site lab, you need to go to Quest for all blood work, and you need to call the clinic to request your labs to be sent to Quest…. I did all of this, yet my lab order still wasn’t sent…. I had to call the clinic while at Quest to Re-request lab order. A 10 minute blood draw turned into an hour appointment with still no lab order!
Angela the receptionist had the audacity to tell me “she’ll resend them as a one time courtesy “ like WTH??? So unbelievably unprofessional…..
Needless to say I’m looking for a new PCP…. Even with the shortage of medical providers in this area, University Family Medical is not worth my time and the arrogance of the front desk staff is disgusting!
