New to the area, this was the first place I checked out. I worked with Rachel, she helped me with a home an auto insurance quote. I really don't enjoy these processes for many reasons, but this was easily the smoothest insurance quote process I've ever been through. Rachel was accommodating, patient and very personable. She didn't make me feel like I was a burden to her day with all the questions I had. I've always stayed away from big name insurance, but I am very impressed with how straight forward and easy to understand Rachel made this whole process! Will recommend!

Rachel has been the biggest help and most understanding person I have had the pleasure of working with. I had to get a new insurance policy and Rachel made sure that she did everything she could to ensure that I was going to be taken care of.
