Tracy did my pedicure. She is very detailed and she took her time. I did not have to ask her to take care of my coins(lol) she saw them and took care of them. She also took care of my ingrown toenail and the callus under my foot. Yes my feet were a mess but Tracy got me right. Thank you Elite Nails!!! And Tracy.

I have been a regular customer of Will and Tracy for almost 9 years now and absolutely love them and their nail salons! Their salons are beautiful, and so relaxing especially after a hard days work and Will keeps me laughing non stop!!
The thing that has kept me coming back
(aside from Will and his great sense of humor) is that he and Tracy are perfectionists and make my nails beautiful!! I love how clean and sanitary their salons are, along with their fantastic selection of top nail polishes, and that they create any nail design I envision and make it perefect!! The most important thing is that many years ago I got a fungal infection in my toe (from a different salon) after a pedicure and I swore I would never get another one again! Will and Tracy explained to me that they use fitted plastic in the foot spa, and throw them away after each customer use, so infections would not be an issue at all. They convinced me to try their pedicure and I did and have been getting them ever since with no issues. If you haven't gone to their salons ..give them a try! You won't be disappointed!!

New management!! Will and Tracy are amazing and super funny. They remember customers and knew who I was after just my second time coming back. Amazing nails at reasonable prices and much less of a wait than your average nail salon. I almost never have to wait before I am helped, even during busier hours. They’re open a lot later than my last nail salon which fits my schedule better and they usually have mimosas free of charge!! Just had my eyebrows waxed here for the first time and they were perfect, just as I expected.

My mom and I had a great experience here getting a pedicure! The women who did them, Hannah and Traci, were very sweet, had great customer service and made sure we left the nail salon as happy as can be. My toes look amazing! 10/10 recommended!!

First time there tonight and was highly impressed. The owner is so nice and cares about his customers. His work was great and he’s all about perfection. Pretty humorous too. Definitely going to make this my new nail salon. Prices were way better than I was paying across the street.

I ran into this place last minute the place I usually go to raised their prices so high. This place was calm and quiet it does say by appointment only but there was nobody in there so she let me get my eyebrows done. She did a great job I will definitely be back! And it’s VERY affordable!

I can into here on a whim and the INSTANT I walked into the door i was greeted in a very friendly manner. I got SNS and a spa pedicure. When I say this is the best pedicure I’ve had in a very long time I’m telling the truth. They are very personal and Tracy treated my feet amazingly. Will did my SNS manicure and took his time. He did not run over my cuticles nor cut them. They take pride in their work. This is definitely my new place.

Under new ownership. Will and Tracy are amazing! When Tracy tells you it’s only a 5 min wait that is exactly what she means! Not like those other places that say 5 min but make you wait over 30 min.
Love love love this place! Sns or ‘dip nails’ are fantastic and not just ‘blobbed’ on there and look very natural. Excellent service!

Elite Nails John's Creek is a hidden gem. The customer service is outstanding and they really cater to their clients. Sue, Tracey and Ken have convinced me me into becoming a repeat customer. If you value real customer service and quality nails hurry up and go see them.

My husband and I each just had great pedicures. They took their time and did a wonderful job! My husband is picky so if he's happy I know they are good!

These guys are fantastic I’ve reluctantly tried other nail salons in the area when Elite was too busy and I always regret it and end up back here with messed up nails that they always fix for me! They have the absolute highest quality service around and I will never go anywhere else in the future! If they’re backed up honestly it’s worth the wait !

Love going here. It doesn't matter if your getting a pedicure or a manicure you will get great work everytime. Ask for Tracy or Nancy for a pedicure and you for sure won't be dissatisfied.

Love Will & Tracey!!! 😍 As a nurse my hands go through alot of soap & continuous sanitizer during 12 hour shifts. I've found their technique of SNS lasts 3 to 4 weeks without issues! Always greeted with a smile from all. 😁 Definitely Recommend!!! 🤗

Wonderful attention to detail, the owners are very nice and the place is clean and neat and tastefully decorated. They made sure I was satisfied with my nails before I left, and I absolutely will be back again.
