Such a hidden treasure! Also, the staff was so welcoming and full of information!! I'm so glad we had an opportunity to visit and we will certainly be coming back for the full guided tour! So incredibly important that we know where we came from but how far we need to strive to go. Thank you for this space to reflect!

This museum is so underrated. Its a wonderful, informative and serene museum with lots of history. Its a well-thought and organized museum and one can easily spend ~1.5 hours there. Must recommended.

It's a small museum but has A LOT of information. Highly recommended for everyone, not just African-Americans. The tour guide definitely made it more interactive and captivating. There's even a small stimulation that can be very emotional. I recommend people go learn!

Great opportunity to share some knowledge with the kids. There were tons of information that I was able to take away from the experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on different topics.

Great place to grow and learn about the culture.

Very informative museum. Small but packed with information and most importantly showcasing amazing achievements from African Americans. A must see if you want to learn about black history, starting from its inception in Africa onward. Be advised though that parking on site is $15 (flat rate).

It was great to see all the info about African American inventors who contributed to society. You do not see this in most school books. My husband and I got a chance to meet and speak with Dan Moore Sr who started the Apex Museum. He provided us with some great insights about the museum and how it got started. This place has been here for 45 years and started with a $2.3 million donation he received from a person he never met wow!

I had the pleasure of visiting this museum during my recent trip from Las Vegas. I stumbled upon it by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the exhibits. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I learned a great deal about the history of the region. I would highly recommend this museum to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Off the beaten path. Must add to your list of museums to visit while in Atlanta. Great exhibits. The Women in STEM is just one of many. The parking is a ripoff. The street parking meters don't work and parking lot parking is $15.00. They boot and tow in that area. Military discount is $5.00 for admission.

Took my kids here during their winter break and they enjoyed it. The tour guide was super fun and interactive. I have teen girls and they enjoyed seeing all the info about amazing women who’ve made strides science and technology

I've been here on multiple occasions, and I truly recommend going to the Apex Museum. Come experience the rich history and more... Mr. Moore is a gracious host, and we, the Stewart Foundation, appreciate him so much.

On a girl's trip with my mom and last minute we decided to go there. What a marvelous experience. The way was paved on the back of our ancestors. Even had a history lesson. Will definitely visit again.

Stopped in randomly with a friend who was visiting from NY, they happened to be doing a tour with a student cohort and they let us hop right in! It was great, detailed and the tour guide was passionate!

We loved the hallway with black inventors!! There were some people and inventions we never heard of. Definitely worth a visit!

The best museum for African culture. They take you all the way back to Egypt as our history did not begin with slavery. There's so much information here, you can hardly take it all in with one visit. Very powerful!

It is a great little museum, been a few times, enjoyed and learned something new each time. Parking is 10 outside of museum. Very informative. Love the new mini tour guide, she is great!
