my time at rack room shoe store was phenomenal!!! i walked in and was greeted within seconds and with smiles from all associates! i had help if needed and got advice from store manager and other associates. by the way that i was taken care of, i would definitely recommend rack room shoe store to anyone, GREAT STORE WITH AWESOME SHOE CHOICES! THANKS RACK ROOM!!!!!!!!

Very nice selection of shoes and clothing. Please get more sizes other than petite and small. I will return. I highly recommend otherwise for the smaller framed women

The employee Madison was so great. I was having a terrible day and she could sense that and went above and beyond to make sure I left in a better state. We need more people like her in the world.

Super friendly employees and extremely helpful. First time visiting and had an awesome experience. The price I normally pay at other places that are cheaper doesn't always work with my feet and job but the recommendations of the employee was spot on. My new shoes helped my feet and legs. I highly recommend checking them out

Great deals. Friendly staff. With the exception of one employee who kept lurking around the corner while me and my mother were shopping like we were there to steal a $30 pair of shoes. Other than that I definitely recomend for reasonably priced shoes in a variety of different brands.

A buy 1 get 1 half off sale was in effect but the second pair i wanted was out of stock in my size. NO PROBLEM. The cashier let me pay for both pair and I had the option to ship my size on the second to the store or directly to my house (45 mins away) at no extra cost!

The management and employees are amazing! Very friendly and excellent costumer service! The store was super clean and well kept. Every question I asked they knew exactly where to take me and showed me exactly what I wanted. They were perfect with my kids as well(SUPER PATIENT, as I have a toddler and 6m old)! I will definitely be back!

First time shopping here. New store, clean, well organized. Had to get shoes for the kiddos. After shopping for about an hour, they were able to pick out two pair each. The staff was great and we didn't feel rushed. We were helped by two staff members, one being the store manager and I am pleased. Ultimately we got exactly what we needed (5 pair) and at a great price! Thanks Rack Room....!

I had a WONDERFUL experience today at Rack Room Shoes. Michelle, the store manager, was so instrumental in making that happen. Her customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! She was so sweet and accomodating. The store was VERY busy, but she handled the pressure quite well. Thank you, Michelle! I'll be returning soon! 😀

Nice selection of shoes. The store is well-maintained and organized. I searched the website for shoes that were available in the store before going in and found them with ease when I went into the store. Staff is friendly.
