Budget Car Rental

I had a great experience here recently renting through Costco Travel. All of the staff were so friendly when I called, picked up and dropped off the car. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and the checkout was a breeze. Also, the car I got was IMMACULATE. I couldn’t believe how clean and nice it was. I will definitely come back here!

Excellent customer service! Super friendly and helpful staff. They helped my husband and I reserve and rent a car the same day, while “enterprise” let us down and didn’t even have the car we’d reserved. Budget location on Lavista on the opposite side of 285 then Northlake Mall is easy to find and convenient. Call ahead and make your reservation prior to arriving is the best way. Great people, friendly and practicing safe procedures during this pandemic. If you are renting a vehicle and returning it the same day they lock a gate at the entrance at 6pm so be back early or you'll have to keep it over night. You'll also not be able to get your vehicle out if you left on the property. Been there done that. Thanks

This is for the LaVista Rd. location: extremely fast and polite - used for a return rental from Hartsfield-Jackson airport (not a fun, or fast experience). Will continue to use LaVista Rd. office as they are great!!!

I gave five stars because today they woke me up when it comes to discrimination. My niece had reservations there and the lady at the desk told her that she couldn't rent to her because she owed on a car from last year which was not true and she had receipts to prove it . Instead she gave her a fake number which was supposedly the invoice from the unpaid debt ,which in turn ended up being a fake number. She called Budget they told her that her name was clear so we're her driver's license but that Budget is family owned and they can....just put it like this... discriminate. When she called her back the lady at the desk said well you can't tell Budget on us we're family owned......................ok

This was the third car rental place I went to and they were the only ones willing to work with me. They made the process so simple. Shoutout to Elle who was super kind and helpful!!

These people were great. Rented a Sienna to transport family member home from heart surgery. Now I want a flipping minivan!!
