We were selling our father's house and from the minute we signed she handled everything from getting quotes and letting workers in to liasing with attorneys and helping us,with difficilt paperwork. She took a big burden off of us and was stellar through the,whole process. I would highly recommend her!

We literally had the best “new build” buying experience ever! If you can choose, ask for Chelsea Edenfield!!! She is absolutely incredible!! We are a military family and had to buy a home in Warner Robins BEFORE moving from Charleston. We met Chelsea and the first day she assured us that there was nothing to worry about. She earned our trust so much the first day that we ended up letting her choose many of the options in the home since we weren’t there. She FaceTimed us EVERYDAY to a point where I had to tell her she could relax a little (i felt like she spent every second of her day making sure we were taken care of).
