Letter Of Apology
I don't know the managers name.
But On January 30, 2023 around 8:00pm I was in the drive thru and I asked for a 10/Piece Hot Wing Combo. I was handed just Wings and a Coke. I asked where was the French Fries? The reply was that a 10/Piece Combo don't come with French Fries.

I asked to speak to the manager and he said, the same thing that the 10/Piece Combo Do Not Come With French Fries. I have always gotten Fries with a Combo.

The manager stated that he don't give out Free Food.

I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Haven’t ordered yet, but the employee running register is actively taking care of the customers. It was clear that making sure customer’s orders were fulfilled properly.

Not really much to add since most people have had Checkers and it's a chain so the food is the same at all; that being said the difference at this Checkers is that the food is always fresh and they have never gotten my order wrong.

You can't bear the price of a Checker Burger, chili burger and small coke. Cheapest and best heartburn I've had in years!

The staff here is always friendly and efficient. The guy at the drive-through, not sure if he's Jamaican or from Barbados, but that dude is the best drive through person ever! Best attitude, and never messes an order up!

People are probably wondering why the 5 star rating for a Checkers but I am rating them against other Checkers locations and other fast food joints nearby.

I ordered the 2 for $4 (Champ Burger and Spicy Chicken Sandwich) and they were delicious! The bread tasted fresh and chicken tasted better than what was previously used for a bargain sandwich. Not sure if Checkers made a product change or I got lucky - but YUM!!!

Nobody reviews fast food joints right? Look, it's a cheap burger. But the folks are friendly, service isn't slow, and I ate every single bite of that recent combo #1 with cheese. Ate every single fry. I rarely eat fast food but I don't regret my visits to checkers.

Steven and the late night crew in the weekends are amazing. Not only did they take my order out the window during a busy time, they did it efficiently. Hats off to these fine gentlemen. I will make sure corporate hears about them.

Well I had a chance to go back to checkers and get them two deep fish for $6 and they had it so I got four be on the safe side when I need some more I have it all you have to do is freeze it stick it in the oven taste like you just bought it I didn't forget my apple pies they taste so good ,all the burgers are good too my husband love the burgers and the French fries and the fish I bought 6

It's a great place to pickup a good meal on the go. The food is always hot and freshly prepared as ordered.
I've next had any problems with the staff or the service.

The manager was outside the store making sure that all was well and the service staff inside was excellent. We had the Grandbabies with us and the manager was extremely tolerant and kind to us all, this was about 5:00 p.m.. I did not get the managers name but I will the next time we stop there.

DeShaena was very nice as she made sure we had everything on our order correct. The fries tasted like sweet rods of greasy crunchy goodness. A+ Checkers.

Service was great. I only wanted a burger and it was late, but they got my order ready very quickly. Burger was on point as well. Very satisfied transaction

Line moves fast, ordering is easy, and food is always pipin hot and fresh.
