These guys are great. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Came in for an alignment on my fiancé’s civic. Didn’t get the alignment done due to a couple worn parts… but they took the time to make me aware of the issues and advised me on solutions rather than just “doing the job” like Iv experienced at less honest shops. Great job y’all. Keep doing what you’re doing.

New name but great expertise and attitude. I brought an acoustic run flat to Mavis for a patch, but they didn’t even know you could fix one so I called Mask. They’re like “Of course we can fix it.” Was in and out in like 15 minutes, went home and popped the wheel back on. Great service. THIS is a tire shop.

This place has set the new standard for customer service EVERYWHERE! Adam was prompt, professional and friendly! I went in this morning for 4 new tires and I was in and out in under 30 minutes!!! Never have I been so pleased with a business. The price was almost $300 less than S**'s Club in Morrow! I am a customer for life! Thank you team at Southside Tire!

Awesome place and great customer service! I called the day before I went to get a used tire. The guy I spoke with told me they had one left in the size I needed. I went in the next day, hoping that they still had it available. I couldn’t drive my 2nd car, so I brought the tire with me. He remembered me from the call and had the tire waiting for me. It took between 5-10 minutes and I was all set!! This is the fastest service I’ve ever received. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Mask Tire Co.

Killed a Michelin tire this morning, something metal, sliced it wide open. Called Southside from the side of 54, talked with Adam, agreed to buy 2 Kumho tires as soon as I could get there. Arrived about an hour later, Adam was holding the tires, decided to buy 4 instead. Fast, efficient, clean, it was a very pleasant experience. Don't waste time at "big box" stores. I was In/Out in about an hour. Price, Service, Overall Experience, I would recommend this shop. Thanks Southside Tire.

Mask Tire Co is awesome! I came here because I had a screw in my tire. Next, I needed it done fast, and they quoted me 20 minutes. They priced a patch job around $20. However, when they pulled the screw out, it had not pierced through the tire. Mask Tire Co found there were no problems. They didn't charge me anything.

This place is a great place that does quality work, and had great customer service.

I love that the owner Mr. Mask has always been at the shop every time I came by. They seem like such honest people. They open early, and take you in right away. They make you feel like they’re not here to try and take your money, but to take care of you like family. Go here for anything from a nail in a tire or to brand new tires. I always feel taken care of here. Hopefully they’re around for many, many more years. The ‘mom and pop’ of tires in Fayetteville.

This is a family favorite! The owner is Super nice and he doesn't nickel and dime you. If you're worried about your tires, let them know and they will check them for FREE! I usually tip, but it's very nice to have a company be so customer oriented. It's almost like traveling back in time to a full service station.

Great friendly staff. Fair prices but their speed of service is the biggest perk. I've had them do tires on my RV and my car and in both cases I was in and out in 20-30 minutes (only about 10 minutes once my car was actually up and in the garage). The only drawback might be there isn't a huge selection of new tires to choose from, but I like supporting a local shop and appreciate how quickly they get me in and out and don't try to sell me on something else and will give me an out the door price up front.

I stopped by today for a tire rotation and quickly became a customer for life. Every single person I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was spared the usual frustration and headache of getting tire work done, and paid a very fair price for what I had done. Thank you for the positive experience!!

Amazing service!! I waited over an hour at Kauffman tire and they still didn't do anything to my car. I Left and went straight to Mask tire. I pulled up and was greeted immediately and service began as soon as I explained what I needed. In and out and back home in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Mask Tire!!!

I recently visited this place. I was blown away by the honesty of this business. I was told at another tire shop that I would need a new tire due to a nail in an area that could not be patched. I drove into Mask and explained that I needed a new tire. I didn't mention as to why. The owner's son comes in and explains that I do not need a new tire and that he could patch it. I had it done. I drove back home and brought my mom's truck that also needed new tires. He tells me that she really only needed two new tires and that the other ones had a ways to go. A young lady comes in as I'm waiting on my mom's truck. She ask for all new tires. He looks at her tires and tells her she only needed two new tires. I am willing to bet had this been anywhere else we all would have paid for all new tires. We need more honest businesses like this. I guess that's why they have been in business for decades. This is my new tire shop!

These people are awesome! It is family owned and operated. The best experience I have had as far as car and tire issues plus being a single female I know I don't have to worry about getting cheated or haggle on prices! Try it!

I love going to Mask tire. The waiting room feels like I'm stepping back in time. I'm in and out super quick and I don't have to worry about getting ripped off. Great family owned business and a jewel in Fayetteville's crown.

The most reliable, fast service without the nickel-dime approach. They are an family-run company with honesty and integrity. Once I found them and had this experience, I don’t go anywhere else. Need something fast to keep you moving, they do everything they can for you!

My family and I recently relocated here from coastal GA. We used to get our tires from Tire Rack because it was a lot cheaper and close to us. So moving here to find out that the closest Tire Rack is an hour away was a bummer. We looked at reviews and sifted through the true and false ones and made the decision to try them. One of the best decisions made while living here thus far. Honest men with high levels of integrity. They met me halfway and we came up with a great solution that fit into my budget. Will keep doing business with them.

Best tire buying and repair experience ever. And I am 64 years old. A little far from where I live now but worth the drive. Quick service and they will always offer you the least expensive option.
