I'm an older gentleman; I came in looking for a couple of fragrances I was missing in my collection, and was quite surprised by the professional attitude and knowledge of the staff they were very welcoming and even went out of their way to find the last bottle of a particular fragrance I needed.. all and all a pleasant experience

I went in the other night. Totally clueless on make up anymore now that I’m getting older and I have a lot more unwanted friends called wrinkles but Caesar helped me so much. He is wonderful.

The staff who helped me were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me sort through all the options to find products quickly with which I have been very satisfied :)

My favorite place to shop. I feel like a ki in a candy store. They have variety of make up Name Brand, Perfumes. You name it they got it.

ULTA is great beauty/cosmetic store with friendly associates. They have a large variety of items, which are priced affordably! I highly recommend this store!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the salon…Will is so amazing and so kind. He really made my hair voluptuous and gave me tips and took his time with my hair. I will definitely be coming back! He’s one of the best natural hair stylists! but he can definitely do more! ❤ Thankyou for everything Will!

Tim gave me a blow out and did my makeup for my small wedding I had on July 2nd. He spent time making sure my hair was perfectly blown out and with products to keep the humidity from losing the smooth texture. He was very communicative, detailed, congenial and professional. I was incredibly happy with my experience and the results. The whole process was enjoyable and the price was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend Tim for anyone looking to have makeup and/or a blowout. Better experience over Dry Bar. Thank you so much!

This month I purchased YSL libre, Black opium, & Very good girl. I love all three!!

Comment: If you are looking for a friendly store to get some cosmetic help go to Ulta in Warner Robins. I usually leave this location with no product as the store feels overwhelming to me . Today I met Melissa, and she helped me find product . She took the time to listen to my needs and guide me in the right direction . She was a positive light in the store . She explained how to address my foundation issue . Melissa shared with me what I was doing RIGHT. She recommended the necessary products I needed and walked me to find several . I spent more money on product today than I ever have at one time . Melissa wasn’t just selling cosmetics, she boosted my confidence and gave me self esteem for free. I wish more stores had a Melissa but then she might not be special . Please give her a raise and a plaque. She is serving your company well . Thank you Terrie Anderson

Tonight I went to Ulta Beauty at City Crossing and had the best experience! I was looking for a couple things for myself and my mother, but needed some assistance in finding the right shades for lip makeup products. When I asked for help, the associate Melissa knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me various options I could choose from. She has excellent customer service skills! Not only did she help me find everything I was looking for, but she also suggested other Ulta products I may like to buy in the near future. So glad I asked for her help. Will be returning and recommending this location to others because of her!

I come here for hair care services, and Isabel Gopaul is a fantastic hair care professional. The salon is in the back of the store. The store is also well stocked with beauty essentials.

The employees were nice and calm my mom had forgot her wallet in the car and told me to go do it and the person that had us at the register was really patient

My first time in an UIlta Beauty store. I was with my daughter and granddaughter they were purchasing skin care products. Immediately I was surprised with the up scale decor, professional dressed staff with immaculate make up applied to there faces. Thumbs up....I even found a section of men's skin care items.

Great place to shop. Sometimes we just need things right then and not wait for orders. This Ulta has a great variety of items. It's nice that I don't have to wait. The associates are readily available to help and answer questions. The store is easy to maneuver through with a wheelchair. Plenty of parking.

Great variety of products. They stock a shampoo and conditioner that my wife and son love and my daughter loves their beauty products.

Store is clean and staff seemed friendly. Salon service was amazing! Alisa was my stylist, she listened to what I wanted, then executed the cut and style to perfection. She even paused to discuss my upcoming color plans with me. She's a great stylist and a tremendous asset to Ulta! I can't wait to see her again!

Great experience looking for new products. Milli was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our trip to the store. We also made several purchases thanks to Milli’s help. She’s a great asset to Ulta!

I like to visit Ulta Beauty and treat myself to some nicer products. I appreciate that the staff here are less annoying than other locations about the Ulta rewards card. They have the typical Ulta selection, so I can always come back to get products I enjoy. Also, the staff doesn't follow you around asking over and over whether you need help.
