I highly recommend Grandstand Auto Sales. This is our second car we’ve purchased from here. First one we paid cash. Besides maintenance on it the car is a champ! A champ for only $4,500 when we were shopping for a second car we knew financing would probably be and it made me nervous. We probably went to every dealership in Tri-Cities. Circled back to Grandstand. From no pressure selling, to walking me through my loan. To making sure I understood my warranty Gap insurance all of it. I now know why they’ve been in the business for 30 years. I can not thank you guys enough and we will definitely be back for car #3 😊

Picked up this amazingly running cute car today! The process was smooth and we were out the door in an hour! Our salesman was amazing and very friendly. Answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed. If you're looking for a good used car and sales people who are friendly and knowledgeable, I reccomend coming here!

I went into Grandstand Auto on 08/17 and test drove 3 cars and ended up deciding on this Mazda. They made the experience easy and got me in and out in roughly 2 hours. They were friendly and easy to talk with and made the whole process less stressful. Highly recommend them 10 out of 10.

I am not currently in the market for a car, but I happened to stumble onto this gem. I was not feeling well and ended up pulling into the parking lot. Not sure if this man was the owner or just an employee. Either way, he gave me some water and was super kind and attentive. I could tell he genuinely cared and wasn't there just to push a sale. That alone spoke volumes to me as that is hard to find at a car dealership. I told my friends and fam about this place. If they are in the market for a new vehicle I will be sure to send them their way.

Top notch service and pricing. They will work with all situations. Mine isn't the best but they took care of me. Pablo and the floor manager were great. I will be back. This place is one of the best lots I have been to.

Our SUV broke down and they listened to what we wanted and needed. They even let us know when they were going to go to auction. We drove our car home today. Will go there again for our next car.

Since the moment i arrived Jose Manuel and the whole staff were polite, friendly, and warm welcoming. I appreciate everything they did for me today they worked very hard to get me into my dream vehicle but things didn’t go my way because of my financial budget and thats okay it’s understandable! but i wasn’t going to back away so easily. Jose and I came up with a plan (B) vehicle incase plan (A) didn’t work and to be totally honest i am much more satisfied with what i got to drive off with today!. Andy is the most honest man I know. This is the only place I would go to get a car. Great people and great prices. Everyone there is always super friendly and helpful. I know people who have come from out of state to get a car from here because of this place’s amazing reputation. Andy is honest and upfront with all the details. I’m a young female in my mid 20’s and know nothing about cars. I was able to go to grandstand without having to worry about getting taken advantage of. Cant say enough good things about this place.

Love these guys....I have used this car lot time and time again Jimmy is amazing I went and test drove a 2015 mustang and went home and slept on my decision of to get it or not decided to get it and Jimmy did everything thing to make it happen. I had a special kind of circumstance and he made it happen I absolutely love my new car and there is zero pressure from them I would never go to anyone else...🥰

We just purchased a car for my mother from Grandstand after an exhaustive search of the tri cities. We looked at and drove a lot of cars from various lots and private parties. We ended up looking at the car we bought 3 times and driving it twice. Each time a different sales rep helped us. Each one as nice and professional as the next with absolutely no pressure. First time Ive ever been to a used car lot without getting a hard sale. These guys were fantastic. The entire experience was very relaxed, from the first test drive to handing off the keys, not once did I feel pressured. Other lots called me multiple times and tried to push me to buy vehicles I told them I wasn't interested in or couldn't afford - none of that at Grandstand. I told them I wasn't buying on the same day I test drove and they were completely fine with it. They even offered me three times as much as McCurley for my trade-in (never go to McCurley for anything, ever, worst service I've ever had in the car industry). I've had my car from them for two years now and haven't had a single issue, it's been such a dream. Now whenever I have friends or family looking for cars, Grandstand is the first place I look.

Got my mustang a year ago, still my favorite car I've ever owned. Big shout out to Andy and the crew for such a low stress buying experience. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Honestly, this lot doesn't have that shady, "used-car salesman" vibe that you find at most used lots. Their staff is low-pressure and actually let you make decisions for yourself. I bought an older truck here that has come in very handy over the last month and drives perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

Very amazing salesmen! Jose is the man you need to go to. Bought two trucks there for a very reasonable price. They work with you and your budget. Even hold your vehile until you have down payment. Words can't describe the outstanding sevice and customer service they give!
