i went in with my 17y old and my 7 month. Me and my baby didn’t have an appointment and still squeezed us in. we’re very patient w my baby. loved it

I have been a patient of Dr. Jose for many years, his services are greatly appreciated. I also like Mrs. Faye and the clinical support team. However, those three at the front desk who are rude, lazy, and fail to answer calls promptly........nevermind.....I will keep this positive.

Outstanding customer service!!! I went to get a second opinion and received treatment for my son the same day. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful!!! I would also like to thank Lavazia L. and Natika R. they both were so kind,informative and patient. They heard all my concerns and ensured me my son was in good hands!! Switched my dentist of 7 years to this location. Dr Jose was great with my son. Treatment was smooth and he let me know what he was doing each step of the treatment. I recommend this location!!! Thanks ladies and Dr Jose ! We appreciate y’all good service and Expedited Treatment!!!!!

I really enjoyed my visit! The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I went for a routine teeth clean. I could tell the hygienist had many years of experience and made me feel very comfortable. Also, the Dentist was great and knew exactly what he was talking about. I will most defiantly come back :)

I put off a tooth extraction and ended up in horrible pain. I was able to text Maria late on a Sunday night, and have her call me in a prescription for pain as well as schedule my appt to get the tooth extracted. I have scheduled, re-scheduled and canceled appts via text. Everyone there is so nice, caring and personable and know me and go out of their way to make it convenient for me and my family.

Dr. Jose Napeñas is a wonderful Dentist He worked on all 3 of my children and they like him which made me happy as a mother. No pain like at the last dentist.

Ok so the dentist experience is the dentist experience right meaning you can expect some discomfort, constructive criticism and action planning which is part of the process. I must say my family and I still had a great visit. Clean environment, and friendly staff. Bianca was very pleasant and Dr. Jose is caring. The hygienist is certainly thorough and informative (floss floss floss and floss some more) 😁. If you care about the health of your mouth and smile you want a hygienist like her. It was an exceptional visit. We will be back.

I have been going here for many many years. I love the staff a few of them went to high school with me so it made me a little more comfortable for my kids. The dentist is ok but of course he is a dentist so he doesn't wants excuses for not taking care of ur teeth. I really love this dentist and i have referred many of my friends there.

My children and I have been going to this location for 15 years now.😘😘 I so love the staff..Not a high turnover, but if you don't know them you would think that they are being rude. They are trying to get the job done. I haven't been in a year but you better believe we're still standing strong 💪💯 since day one

This is the BEST dental office. My family has received service from West GA Dental for the last 3 years; we have ALWAYS received excellent customer service and the staff and doctor are very professional. I highly recommend this business.

I have been going to West Ga shortly after they open...I love the Staff and Dr.....they have had some changes like any other business but it didn't interfer with me.. I have always been treated with great kindness and RESPECT..

Great service my first visit a few years ago going to go back probably next month in February cause of discomfort in my mouth but I love the people and it’s a clean environment

My kids and i been with this dentist every since they open. They are very caring and i will remain a patient there 10 years and counting....
