Phoenix Physical Therapy

I have had much experience with physical therapy in my life and can honestly say Phoenix has been number one in every category! The entire staff are caring, friendly and make one feel so comfortable! Linda Clinton is such an excellent therapist and is always encouraging, positive and most importantly a talented clinician! Phoenix is not the closest therapy clinic to my house, but so worth the trip and will most assuredly be my choice should I have a need in the future!

Michelle (and all the team!) was very professional, considerate, and aligned with helping me rebuild strength with my injury. She created a dynamic response and treatment plan based upon my progress or challenges each visit, and led me to push myself through the necessary effort to improve. From hobbling in on my first visit, to jumping around the agility ladder on my last, I’m very happy to have improved, and can’t thank Michelle enough!

No stranger to PT after several other surgical procedures, I soon realized recovery from a total knee replacement would be my greatest challenge. Very helpful staff. Listens to issues and adjusts therapy plan to address these. Hand therapist developed program that was amazingly helpful as the bones I broke healed.

Linda at Phoenix PT is phenomenal! She diagnosed what was going on with my hand, designed a plan for me and guided me through my therapy with such knowledge, expertise and kindness. I just completed 15 sessions at PPT that changed my life. After 18 years of chronic back pain, Michelle Camarata PT, MHA, Cert MDT, Cert DN helped me to identify root cause and get on the path to healing. She is an experienced, observant, friendly, positive, fully engaged physical therapist. I was referred in for hip pain. She conducted initial tests on my first visit and identified issues in my back that hadn't yet been diagnosed. She suggested a lumbar MRI which confirmed her suspicions. I received core strengthening, dry needling, traction, and mobility therapy. I went in there not being able to lie on my stomach or walk / stand for significant periods without severe pain. All of that has improved significantly thanks to Michelle.

If you are looking for effective physical therapy in Dunwoody, I would highly recommend Michelle Camarata and Phoenix Physical Therapy. The atmosphere is very friendly, but in my recovery from a second total hip replacement physical therapy with Michelle meant a hard 60-minute workout on each visit. Michelle is very knowledgeable and, while compassionate, she motivates you to work hard to achieve your physical therapy goals. In my case, that was a return to my desired levels of tennis, pickleball, water skiing, and being involved with my grandchildren. Having completed my course of physical therapy with Michelle today, I can say that I am well on my way to achieving all of those goals. In my opinion, you can't go wrong by choosing Phoenix in Dunwoody for your physical therapy needs.

Was in severe pain with sciatica. Michelle is a wonder worker. I highly recommend Phoenix, everyone is very professional and caring.

Sarah was great at helping me get back to “normal “. I had a couple mishaps happen during my treatments and she was spot on with helping me get thru the setbacks. It took an extended therapy but was well worth it. This is a smaller office than others I’ve been to but individualized attention was given. No rushing or crowding of devices. I would highly recommend.

I was referred to Linda in the Dunwoody location who is hand specialist after a severe injury to my hand including a broken finger. After believing I needed to see a different PT after experienced what I believe was ineffective technique I received a referral from my hand specialist who said “Linda’s the best.” I began to see Linda, and I agree with my doctor. During the initial meeting she asked questions and conducted an assessment that touched on areas that had never been addressed during previous PT. She is very knowledgeable, educates you throughout the process, and provides excellent care. If you need the best for an injury to your hand, Linda is an excellent choice!
