Excellent customer service from front staff and Dr Murray!!!!!! Ms. Tammy is a joy along with the other staff who made my visit very nice, friendly, and welcoming (my apologies for not remembering your names)!!! Also, the office is conveniently located and very nice inside. I was comfortable and felt at ease. I did not wait long to be called. Dr. provided clear information about my teeth health. I will recommend Pampered Smiles to all!!

Excellent visit. Everything was explained in great detail about the procedures needed moving forward. Referral was explained in detail why it is needed and what the estimated costs will be for the recommended procedures. All of the staff were friendly from check-in to check-out. I just love Dr Alexander he's so respectful and has a wonderful claiming vibe.

Dr. Murray was great! He was so gentle and quick. I had to get a tooth pulled and he pulled it and I felt no pain. He is truly a magician. Can’t wait to get more work done by him!

Recently relocated to Georgia and was referred to Pampered Smiles. Great staff! Friendly, educated me and took care of my concerns quickly. That did a great job cleaning and made beneficial recommendations. I have had bad experiences at other dental offices since relocating to Georgia. This is the best experience by far. They will be my new dentist office!

This was my first time having an appointment with the dentist. It happened to be an emergency appointment. Everyone was so professionally, warm, and welcoming. I absolutely will be making Pampered smiles my permanent dentist. I’ve already told family and friends about the great experience I had.

I love the office Vibes and staff. The dentist is not my favorite place, but the people care about you, they make you comfortable and communicate throughly. They even play very relaxing and chilled music. I've referred them to everyone I know. They keep me fresh and clean.

I’m 23 years old and she comforted me like I was her child. From making the environment comfortable and playing my favorite music
to holding my hand and wiping my tears when I was in pain. I’m new to this whole adulting thing and I viewed her love towards me no different than what my mother would give me. Dr.Murray was more than professional and emphasized my comfortability and even called me personally to check in after the surgery. If you’re looking for a comfortable and caring and environment this is the place to come. 10/10

The entire staff is very welcoming from check in to check out. It was my second visit for routine cleaning. I was called back at exact time of appointment and my hygienist was very gentle and thorough. She also asked if I had any questions, issues or concerns before starting my cleaning. I appreciated the time she took in making me feel comfortable during my during my visit.

I’m in town caring for mature senior parents and wanted to get my six months cleaning before the end of the year. I was able to accomplish my goal. The staff were excellent in addressing my concerns. Dr. Murray, Shannon, and Diamond each worked together to make my visit pleasant and memorable. Should the need arise in the future while I am in Atlanta, I will definitely pursue an appointment with Dr. Murray and his efficient team.

I have been going to Pampered Smiles since around 2006/2007 when I first moved to Georgia. I love Dr. Murray and his staff. It is an establishment where everyone greets you by name. Dr. Murray is extremely gentle when working in your mouth which is important when you are someone that requires multiple dental procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Murray and his staff for all of your dental needs!

I've never had a bad experience at Dr Murray's office I've been coming here for over a decade me and my family ,and each time we come he and his staff always treat us like family they always be nice to see us treat is very well. I love Dr Murray I think he's won the best dentist in Georgia ,me and my family will always come to see Dr.Murray He's a different kind of dentist he cares.

Dr.Murray and his team is immaculate ! I’ve been a patient for 2 years and on today I received my first tooth extraction on a root canal that was damaged due to me not taking good care of it but all went very well . Definitely recommend 🫶🏽

Maria at the front desk was extremely kind and understanding. She didn’t rush me as a new patient and greeted me with a smile every time I approached her.
Deja, the hygienist and Dr. Alexander treated me well while I was in severe pain. They answered all of my questions, talked me through what was going on, and handled themselves with great etiquette and poise. I never felt insignificant or like I was just a name and number on their schedule. I immediately felt like family.
