My family had put up with leaks because we dreaded the process of having roofing companies out with sales pitches, etc.

Rodney was prompt, sincere, and and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was smooth and all questions were answered.
He inspected, contacted State Farm, met with the adjuster, and even repaired ceiling damage inside our home once the new roof was installed.

I called The Mighty Roofer because of some possible leaks I had noticed in my attic. He looked at the roof and noticed some hail damage. He suggested that I file a claim through my insurance company. He then walked me through the entire process. He was even present when the adjuster came to do the assessment and went up on the roof with him. Once I was approved for a new roof, Rickey explained to me all the steps that would follow: receiving the check, setting up an installation date, drop off of dumpster, everything! He left no details out. Once the work started, all of the workers were courteous and very professional. When the entire process was complete, he did a walk through with me and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He even warned me to be on the lookout after a heavy rain for possible rogue roofing nails that may have fallen into the gutters. This kind of attention to detail and customer service is what separates The Mighty Roofer not just from other roofing companies, but other businesses in general.

Our roof looks absolutely stunning. From start to finish Rodney was very attentive to our needs. These guys are very professional, reasonable and they even follow up with you. I have recommended several people to them. We are very satisfied with their services.

Rodney arrived on time and provided a complete assessment in a very professional manner. He informed us that our roof isn't ready for replacement at this time and told us what to watch out for with respect to normal roof maintenance. Awesome service.

Here's what happened. Friday night in Chamblee, GA we have a huge rainstorm. We noticed some brown spots in our kitchen ceiling.

Saturday - I call Rodney, on a neighbor referral, and immediately he texts me back (he was in a meeting). He asks me a few questions about the brown spots and then as soon as he got out of his meeting he called me. Wow, is his energy and enthusiasm contagious! He lets me know that he'll be out first thing Monday morning to check it out.

Sunday - Rodney texts me to let me know he'll see me tomorrow. Confirms time.

Monday morning - Rodney calls me and lets me know he's on the way and on time.

After arrival, he climbs up on the roof, inspects it and then gives me the assessment. He said, "Actually, Mr. Mark, your roof is in great shape. You have a minor leak around the ventilation pipe, but I can seal that up for you no problem."

Then, he asks me about my insurance policy. When I told him my deductible, he was shocked. He told me what his other customers had and recommended I call State Farm and make a change to something more reasonable.

Finally, he gave shook my hand, gave me a smile, thanked me and wished me luck.

To recap: Rodney was very communicative and friendly. He honored his time commitments. He didn't try to gauge me or take advantage of my roofing ignorance. He coached me on how to get better coverage. And he let me know how thankful he was for my future business.

Now that's incredible service! Kudos to you Rodney. You blow your competition out of the water. I will definitely give you a call back!

I called Rodney from the Mighty Roofer to come out and check my roof for hail damage. Not only did he come out but was also accompanied by the owner. It was apparent from the time they arrived that they knew their stuff. They were very professional, courteous and informative. They explained from the start what they were looking for as far as hail and wind damage. Lucky for me there was not significant damage, but when the time comes to replace my roof I know who to call. The Mighty Roofer!

If you’re in need of a new roof you need to call Rodney at the Mighty roofers before you call anyone else ! We had to have our roof replaced because of storm damaged and Rodney and his team helped in every possible way to give us the best roof ! They took care of the insurance and the leg work , they went out of their way to make sure the job was done on time and that every bit of the mess was cleaned and hauled off... afterwards Rodney made sure that the yard was swept to make sure no nails were left to get in the grandkids feet! They were so concerned that all of our needs were handled in a professional way ! I can’t say enough about this company ! You’re welcome to ride by and see the job they did for us !
