I am a picky jean shopper and I walked into this shop after walking by for years and am so glad I did. Brandon offered me the BEST customer service. Not only was he friendly but he was very knowledgeable about the product in store and was great at offering suggestions based on my very picky feedback. Lol. I had stopped at 3 shops before this and was about to be frustrated and give up, this store saved me. Not only did I leave with great denim, I found out they have a few other denim bars in Atlanta that I look forward to checking out too. Thank you for helping me find just what I was looking for, and for the things I didn’t know I needed until I tried them on.

Need jeans? No better place to go. Professional, Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. I am a hard to fit jeans person - they are experts. Comfortable shopping experience. Never leave with less than 2 pair. Try them out, well worth your time. Invest in those items that last and make YOU feel good.

I came into Ponce Denim today and was immediately greeted by Dre, who helped me for the better part of 45 minutes. I was very specific in wanting a medium wash, selvedge, mid rise with a taper. He must have pulled 12+ pairs of jeans for me to try, all while educating me on the style and fabric and offering suggestions. Also, while I was changing, he spoke with my fiancé and was very personable throughout the visit. I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase.

For comparison, when I went into the Levi's store across the parking lot immediately after (curiosity) I left within 5 minutes. Complete opposite experience. Dre made the visit, and genuinely wanted to find the pair I wanted just as much as me. Because of Dre, we will be back!

This store made trying on jeans a nice experience. David helped me and was incredibly knowledgeable. I walked in overwhelmed by the options, but he helped me find a pair that I was comfortable in and looked amazing. Trying on jeans previously has been a difficult thing to do, but I couldn't be happier with the service I received here and the jeans I walked out with. Thank you so much!

I looked all over Atlanta for jeans this weekend. I was in and out of this place in twenty or so minutes and found four pairs of jeans that looked great. It was so painless and the woman who helped me was so friendly. I didn't even have to sort through everything myself. This place is a drive from where I live but I will go back every time I want new jeans.

Update: I just wanted to add that they informed me of their exchange only policy before taking payment. It's also very clearly posted at the register.

Find DAVID. He will find the perfect jeans for you. We got in here, he got 3 guys to rethink the size they thought they were and got them a perfect pair. Incredibly knowledgeable, so nice and just a dream shopping experience. In and out in 15 mins because he just KNEW

Great store! I've been wanting to get into Raw Denim but never got the opportunity until I came to this awesome store! Sandy was so helpful from the moment I stepped into the store. She was patient and recommended several jeans until I found the perfect pair. Love this store and definitely plan on going back next time I visit Atlanta again.

Karti was spectacular! She helped both my sister and I find a couple of great pairs of jeans. Karti quickly honed in on our sizes and made perfect recommendations. Definitely a 10/10 experience and product!
