This particular location has the coolest drive-thru, great customer service which you can find at all locations and the food is always fresh and taste good. The hot products they serve has nice looking presentation

Service is top tier always when I go here. Never have any issues. Getting my great and holy chicken is always easy and fast

I love Chick-fil-A I visit different locations and find that all locations are consistent with top tier Customer Service I've never encountered an unhappy or rude employee or one glued to their cellphone instead of greeting a waiting Customer other fast food establishments need to adopt the same hiring practices as this chain has, money well spent by the way the Honey Pepper fried Pimento Chicken Sandwich is delicious if you like a little Kick to your Chick

Chick-fil-A never fails to provide a little slice of heaven on a rough day. First time to this location and to a Chic-fil-A in a while - drive-thru order-taker was satisfactory - service was otherwise Very Good - everything seemed to be flowing well in these tight cramped quarters - and amidst the busy mid-day rush. Girl delivering food was very polite, courteous, and professional. It was a perfect ending to a hectic day.

Fast drive thru. Tasty chicken sandwiches and nuggets. Friendly service. There is no sit down.

Honestly this is one of the best CFA around! The hash browns are always crispy, unlike other CFAs. The food is HOT and customer service is never disappointing. They should reward this one! Everything is great about this establishment.

When I arrived there was one car in the drive through. I was in and out within five minutes.

I just love Chick fil A no matter where I go in the state the people are courteous, friendly and outstanding customer service. My regular spot is little downtown decatur across from the courthouse. But they all get KUDO'S from me. This day I visit the one off Lawrenceville Hwy. They all say my pleasure when you thank them for your hot meal.😁

This chick-fil-A is always on point in my opinion. I mean you can get lunch at 8 in the morning. Always good.

This location can stand to receive some TLC!!! This was my first time stopping at this location. I was treating my niece to a evening out for dinner at a Ethiopian restaurant and a sweet treat afterward. Wow, we were in for a not so pleasant surprise at the appearance!👀 This is not the standard I have seen or experienced the Chick Fil A's franchises I have patronized. I have had the privilege of going to the Chic Fil A farm years ago ( between 1997-1999), in Thomaston,Ga. I also, have toured the Corporate office as well. I know that Truett Cathy would not want his business to look throwed away and uncared for as I saw this building. My niece made some comments, "she was too scared to eat food from such a old looking building." I reassured her the food would be fine. If a company don't care about certain franchisees in certain areas then what makes that company think it can get the most out of its employees! Start at the foundation!!!! First get the building and landscape uplifted and then your employees will follow.... ❤

Update: owner/operator was very apologetic and refunded the entire purchase as well as supplied coupons for future purchases whether we returned to his store or any other location. I changed to 5 stars for customer service alone.

I picked up salads from this Chick-fil-A at 3905 N Druid Hills for my wife and I for dinner last night. Half way through the meal, my wife crunched down on a pea sized rock and has not been feeling well since. We are avid patrons of Chick-fil-A on the regular as it is hard to beat the convenience of ordering on the app and the quick service from friendly staff. However, this experience has us worried about the quality of food and food preparation practices. I have reported the issue to Chick-fil-A and am waiting a response. I can assure you we will not be returning to this location.

This is my favorite chick fil a. I heard they are trying to move up the road, though, which I do not want! Traffic would be horrible coming over the hill. We also love the unique things about this location and want them to stay: multiple drive through lanes, a walk up windows, and plenty of outdoor seating. There’s never ever a long line here like there is at other locations despite it being busy. We love this location exactly as is
