The new office team Tony and Dorian are great. They made the entire process for finding a new apartment so easy! I love the look of the new apartments here!

Recently moved in and have had a wonderful experience with the transition. The property manager, Tony, genuinely cared about helping me get settled and all my issues addressed. He went above and beyond with information on helpful programs and assistance. The apartments themselves have a nice, renovated modern look that's really great for the price point. The whole team has been responsive and helpful. I always feel heard and taken care of, already way better than I can say for previous places I've lived.

Go here. The community is nice and clean, friendliest staff. Ask for Tony he will treat you with kindness and get you a good apartment. Ask for the special favor. It sucks that it is so far away but it's worth. This guy truly makes a difference

I have to say after Mr.Tony Velez came onto the property as the leasing manager in July 2022 things improved. He cleaned up the property where ther was people out in common areas hanging out, he cleaned the grounds. Problems you addressed to him were resolved and Dorian the secretary always assisted you when you went into the office.I am thankful and blessed to have a place to reside where I feel safe and can come & go out of my apartment without feeling afraid.

What is your credit limit? Does it start from 550 and above?

I just wanted to update! I made a review about 9 months ago! I've been here for a year, and Over time Mr. Velez has shown and proved! From the properties new cameras, the fresh paint on the buildings, the satellite removals, the apartments are way more inviting since I first moved here! & I see improvements weekly. As long as your communicative about your homes needs, things run smoothly! If you are considering moving here, consider that this place was Built-in the seventies, so there are a few things that you're going to have to deal with no matter what. which I have learned, But there is always a solution to everything! I appreciate Mr. Velez for turning around my experience here, as communication is key! He's very informative and will work with you as long as you keep communication open! This is a decent place for a beginner home! And i suggest it for small families! If you have a problem bring it to management, stay adimate, patient and it will work in your favor!

For anyone that's considering moving into Forest Creek Apartments I wish you the very best residing here. I lived here a year 8 months and there are your good and bad as with everything. I just want to tell you to get an email for corporate and telephone number if you can. I say this because if you agree to disagree with Mr. Tony Velez he will be impossible to work with and may threaten you if you do, but I had to on occasions after reaching out to him and not getting any assistance ( waited 72 hours before I reached out to corporate). They will work with you with anything you reach out to them for. Mr. Tony Velez came on site in July 2023 to make some improvements on the property that made it look,feel and be safe my only problem was not letting him belittle me, disrespect me or believe we had to be friends because we didn't have to be. But be professional and respectful I insisted as I was always with him. Best of your endeavors @ Forest Creek Apartments

I’m going to give them a 3 stars because the customer service was good! I went to apply here because they accept Housing Choice Voucher. I went to apply last week and I paid $65 for the application and then I was told to bring my RTA in as well. I did receive a call asking how much was my voucher amount was and I told them. For some reason within the last month the amount went up which wasn’t the problem at all. I just feel like these apartments that accept section 8 should know that we are not going to have perfect credit! I don’t owe any apartments at all but I was denied for credit reasons. I said these was the last apartments I would try in Clayton county and I will port to Atlanta where is more consideration for the participants. Clayton county is now have all these new owners and they are forgetting that they are in Clayton County! I had a feeling and I should have listen to not apply but I did. So if you don’t have perfect credit and have housing voucher don’t waste your money or time!!!

My domicile is spacious and I enjoy my space. The staff is great, friendly and professional. I enjoy my surroundings. Now. More peaceful. Now. TY
