This is the Dental office I have been waiting on! In the past my experiences with the dentist have not been the best. Since my son chipped his tooth in 21, we have struggle to find a sincere office that is trying to rob me blind. From the time I walked in the door Erica B and Angela at the front desk was so pleasant. It really took the edge off of me feeling so overwhelmed. The dentist Dr. Beal was so friendly and pleasant. She was very informative about the steps that are need to correct my son problem. She even took the time to explain, option that we have pertaining to his tooth. I am thankful, and I hope all visit turn out this well. Thank you all! You guys make a big difference.

I love it here I’ve been coming since I was a little girl and each time the experience it great. The staff is very professional and environment is clean. I’ll definitely recommend to everyone!

The staff here did an excellent job with my Granddaughter, Kris. She was so scared with getting X-rays and they calmed her down and was so very professional and friendly at the same time to get the job done. She laughed through her cleaning. I have been going here since I was young and have always loved the customer service. Not only that but two years ago I got braces and the process was fast even through them accommodating for my busy schedule. Love them!

My granddaughter has been receiving orthodontic care since she was 6, she’s 15.

The “medical” staff are knowledgeable, proficient, and caring. The entire office staff are efficient and FRIENDLY.

I always have a great experience when I go there. I am usually in and out in less than an hour. The dentists and hygienists are always very gentle and have been beyond pleased with the excellent care I have received. The front office staff was very helpful and upfront with all costs and services provided. I highly recommend them.

The staff make you feel welcomed and family oriented. They go above and beyond to make sure that you leave feeling taking care of. The filled in my chipped tooth now it's perfect.

Have you ever went to a strange place and felt welcomed? My first visit at Family and Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics I felt like I was home. From the front desk to the doctors in the back everyone greeted me with respect and a smile. They all laugh and talk to you as if they have known you forever and you are just now catching up. The thing that I like most is that the staff greets you with a morning meaningful name. Here I don't feel like i'm just another patient, another money sign or another Mr. or Mrs. on their schedule. Yes there is a wait time but what office does not have a wait time? For the love and smiles this office gives I will wait because I wouldn't want to be rushed. They are now my family, my home away from home. I decided that day that I will bring my whole family here. My husband, kids, nieces, nephews,cousins, sisters and brothers now attend Family and Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics.

Both the procedures and the proper treatments, which I had been seaking for the past few years, are finally being received at this facility. Exceptional experience at FCD. I’m originally from NYC and moved to Georgia recently so I was recommended by my Dr. to come here. I am grateful I trusted his advisement. Each staff member here was courteous and provided excellent customer service. They answered all my questions and were very mannerly. I literally have no complaints! I received a cleaning and Ms. Patience was so thorough and meticulous. Even when I had additional concerns, she was very reassuring and patient with me. Clean space, beautiful people, and excellent work. I look forward to my next appointment.

I needed a root canal about a month ago and I was able to get referred to a great specialist right away. I recently received dental work here this week and I can honestly say that the entire staff from the children’s side to the adult side are friendly and professional. Will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

This is by far one of the most courteous dentist businesses I have had the pleasure of supporting. They were friendly from the beginning to the end. Customer service was an A+. The only thing I didn't like is the receptionist didn't have me to fill out necessary paperwork before I was called into the building since I arrived nearly 30 mins before my scheduled appointment.

I was reluctant because I have a fear of dentists and dentist offices because of a few bad experiences. Dr. Jones was very professional. The assistant who set everything up was a blessing. Dr. Jones said that if the assistant was to not be there anymore that she just wouldn't come in anymore. That's just how efficient her help is. God bless you ma'am for your amazing assistance and super friendly attitude. I'll definitely be back.

This was my first visit there today and I am pleased. It started off rocky at first due to having me waiting too long. However, the doctor and hygienist were great. Very knowledgeable and personable. I have very sensitive teeth and the hygienist named Patience took heed to that during the cleaning and probing. I felt Dr. Edwards was honest with her recommendations opposed to trying to just rack us fees. I scheduled my 6 month follow up cleaning and date to have my fillings taken care of. I hope the great service continues.

I LOVE this place! Me and my kids go here. I have braces and kids get their cleaning. The doctors are sweet and seem very knowledgeable. I’ve never had an issue with front desk. Even the person that deals with the bills is sweet. It truly is a family dentistry and Dr. Lott has done a great job putting it together.

Felt very comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere. Keep you informed and ensure that you are aware of everything going on. New to Georgia and I am so please with their work. I am also pleased with my grandson's teeth cleaning. No need to look any further. I never had that kind of service ever. I love it!!

The dental service was very professional. My dentist was thorough and quick. My teeth were cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. I did have to wait a little longer than I expected. My appointment was at 2:00 PM; I arrived at 1:47. I was the only one in the lobby and I had to wait 30 minutes. But overall, I very professional experience.

My 3yr old daughter's dental hygiene began a long and trusting dental relationship. She had the most beautiful smile but we soon realized her teeth had hidden irregular placement so they reccomended braces. After they were removed Pretty Smile had an entirely different meaning.
That 35 yr old now has two children who just became F&CD patients. One, now in braces and the teen has gotten cleaning and sealants.
I am sitting in the parking lot after a periodontal cleaming. I've had these services before but I needed to rant about how gentle and efficient My Hygienist, Patience was today.
You see. I actially 'hate' dental work and just had a tooth exttacted 2 montjs ago. So no love here.
But My Hygienist, Patience restored trust and provided a great experience.
