Publix Super Market at Cascade Crossing Shopping Center

This Publix has great customer service. The deli is fully stocked when I usually go here. If you order online for deli pick up the items are fresh and ready on time. Just head to the deli area and let them know you are picking up an order.
I also like to order instacart from here and the items are always in stock. The vegetables are always fresh when I go here.
The pharmacists are always very helpful when I need to ask questions or have concerns.
There are plenty of open lines when shopping here and they have plenty of outdoor parking. This is in a shopping center so if you need to shop around this is a good location to stop at.

Deli was slow had 3 lady's working. Only 1 lady making salads and sandwiches and 1 lady which was the manager and all she was doing was online orders w a in house line backed up..

Love the hot food options here! And the older male attendant for this food area is always polite, friendly, and consistent upon each and every visit.

Sooooooo much better than that god-awful Publix over at Camp Creek! And I was happy beyond belief to see the do not have plastic bags, only paper. I really hope they stick with that. Would be great if all of the Publix would get rid of those awful, planet-choking plastic bags.

Purchased sub sandwich. It was soooo good. Wait was a little long only because a customer could not make up his mind. Staff was apologetic and professional.

I don't particularly care for the one on Cascade. If I had to choose between the Publix and the Kroger on Cascade, I'd choose Kroger every time.

I went back to this store. The store seemed so dry until I connected with a representative who had the dryest sense of customer service. Then he made an observation about me as I was waiting on money orders to print. I thought it was kinda nice to notice something that most people don't. People, like this guy named Ricky at the Customer Service desk, make the difference between just a worker and a decent human being who actually like people.
Thank you Mr. Ricky. Keep on being kind and efficient.

The ladies in the bakery were fantastic trying to help me Wednesday afternoon. The Publix website listed a 24 hour lead time for cakes but they were backed up for days. The ladies in the bakery dept really went above and beyond helping me solve my red velvet cake problem. Most employees wouldn't care but they did. Excellent service, 5 star experience!

We came for the Mardi Gras wings, Bottle Tea Selection (It always has a seasonal addition), chicken tenders, and Ruby Red Grapefruit & Tangerine Juice. Oceanspray discontinued their version, so this is the only place I can get the combined flavor.

Great experience. Julie the store manager is awesome. Hard-working and very attentive to customer needs.. she actually works with the associates where ever she may be needed. Pharmacist Jarryn is also very welcoming and awesome with the patients needs. Great store.

Only 2 bad experiences maybe 3, because everybody doesn't really like their jobs!!! You don't like it, then quit!!!
