I moved in here in February 2024 and the staff and property manager is so friendly and understanding. I had an emergency situation happen with my heater and they sent the maintenance man Santo immediately he is so friendly and works fast and gets the job done. I appreciate them for just being friendly and understanding and very professional glad to call them home. And did I mention the floor plan I have leaves with with a front room and a reading area all in one love love love it.

Big on professionalism but also customer service. She was was understanding and did her best to accommodate my needs and do everything she could in the best of her abilities. 5 stars.

Soooo I've been looking for an apt for a while now.That is until I came here and talked to the property manager Ms.Yashika. She made me feel as if I already lived here for years. Very professional and handled business the same day,was approved a few days later🫶🏾. Upon moving in Ms.Yashika has continued to maintain a level of professionalism and she makes it happen. Happy Tennant‼

I love this complex. There have been management changes and it has made this property so much better! The property manager is amazing! The maintenance staff is great. Responsive with maintenance issues, upgrade have been made to the apartments Things have turned around at this complex. A lot better now with new management.

I haven’t had any issues with the staff or my apartment. I actually like the way things are going. The manager is assertive but she’s very understanding as long as you communicate with her.

I’ve been here since May of 2019. When I first arrived property owner was Temple. Most folks didn’t like her. I had no issues with her even up until she passed Aug 2022. Yes companies have changed hands. Yes the new temporary owners Alisha was not helpful. She was rude, not caring, or understanding. My unit has and is having issue from water to repairs. The outstanding maintenance men quit when Temple passed. I don’t blame or put any anger towards the new management Yashika Caruthers. She stepped in about four weeks ago. I know everyone’s situation is different and may have had already existing issue before Yashika Caruthers. However, when I told her I put in my 60 days notice because of how Alisha treated me. She understood and listened to the what behind the way. And i appreciate her for working with me and continuing to allow me to give my daughter and I a place to live. These five stars are for her!! No she is not Temple. And I know she has her work cut out for her. But I truly appreciate what she is doing for the now. I can’t blame past issues or experiences on her. It’s going to take time to get Breckenridge back in order. It still a safe neighborhood but needs work because of prior management and losing one that kept up until she pass. Thank you Yashika Caruthers for hearing me out and working with me during this economy!!

I moved here a couple months ago. I intentionally waited till after the 60 day mark before I wrote a review. I love my new home and would recommend this property to anyone. The staff, especially Temple, was wonderful. They were accommodating, friendly, and professional. I actually have a visual impairment and Temple was patient and very helpful in facilitating me in signing documents. The community is clean, quiet, and you can tell the staff enforces rules to keep the property safe for tenants. Reasonable rent in a costly market. Units are very nice.

We was here on Saturday 8/5/2017 for my appointment but, we were running late. Once we got here we noticed that it was packed with around 4 other applicants but, the young lady Temple was VERY PROFESSIONAL in how she handled the crowd and kept everyone calm and engaged even after this one lady came in with a hat all huffy and pushy trying to skip ahead of everybody. When Temple told the lady that nothing was available and that she has already leased everything that's when the lady started talking about what she had seen online. With that being said, Temple rescheduled our appointment for today and now thanks to Temple and her great people skills we have our apartment. Through it all, thanks to Breckenridge for hiring such a patient and awesome multitasker like her.

They staff never disappoints me. I had a crazy issue in my apartment Tempo, Devin and got right on it. Even though the issues was crazy they got the job done. When I have an issue or problem in my apartment they are right there in 2.5 seconds. Maintenance is on point. I needed a new hot water tank and they changed it out the same day. A1 service . Going on my 5th lease renewal and moving into a bigger unit. Temple is a amazing at making sure my stay in this community is great.

From day one it was Heaven Sent. The first day I ever visited the property I was approved! While visiting with my loved ones, I expressed to them my concerns of needing to find a place. I was advised to go in and speak with Temple although it was the beginning of the month and the office was busy. Temple took the time to tell me what I needed. She took it step by step. I was discouraged upon coming here but God had a ram in the bush! Every time I've called I've always gotten quick response from Temple, Devin, and the maintenance staff. I love my apartment! I Grateful for my experience with Breckengridge and the staff that I've encountered this far!

I've been staying here since last May and my neighbor is awesome.... Maintenance does not take forever to fix your stuff and most of all the workers are actually working especially Ms.Temple she has provided exceptional customer service throughout the months. I will definitely be resigning my lease over.

I lived here for 2 years, just moved out in May 2018, and never had a problem with the office staff and maintenance guys. Everyone was always nice and helpful and any problems I experienced in my house, was always taken care of in a hurry. Thanks Temple and and the maintenance guys for making my 2 years great!!

Temple was absolutely awesome!! She really listened to me and helped me to find the prefect residence. I will definitely recommend others looking for beautiful apartments in a well kept community. I was not paid to say this...I wish I could give more stars. I'm a very happy client!!

This is a very nice area. The grounds are ALWAYS well keep and the ppl that live here are good family folks. I posted a brief review thinking that it would go on unrecognized by staff. I was wrong and thank you. My nephew who has lived here for 7 years has decided to move due to a staff member (Ms.Temple). I've NEVER meet this young lady but, he prays before he has to face her for ANY REASON. Smh. He's not excited about the move but that he will NEVER have to encounter her AGAIN unless in church. We will continue to pray for her from a far

I called to ask for information regarding leasing as I am looking to relocate to the area. I spoke with a woman by the name of Kittra, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions and made very helpful suggestions about the area. I look forward to coming for a tour of the property.

Ive been living here for 3 years. I never had any issues. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. As far as my water bill it do change every month. I don't complain because if i have out of town guest i know my bill will be higher than usual. The more people in your house the higher the water bill. If you have a washer your water bill go up. If you run the water for a long time your water will go up. Most people dont under stand that. My bill hasnt been no more than 33.00 a month. So for people complaining learn how to use your water wisely and expect your bill to be high because of your usage of it. Pay your rent when its due you won't have reason to complain. I have no issues with the office because my not rude. When you have a nasty attitude about something so little please dont expect people to not take it. This is a great place to live but we have some rude neighbors who expect things to be all peaches and cream. I have loud neighbors but 1 call to the police and they havent made 1 sound after. Vheck yourself first before you make rude comments. But its funny how these negative comments are up but they still renewed they lease to stay there how does that work?

Apartments were nice, well kept and reasonably price. I called a little minute ago I want to say three days to a week ago and search for apartments for me to reside in. Went to them because my aunt currently stays there, I've personally have never visited but after this call I experienced I want make a trip soon. When I called to get information I was pleasantly greeted by a young man by the name of Devon or Kevin one of the names. He gave me such detailed information and such a manner I wouldn't have expected considering previous comments I was reading was leaving me skeptical. I'm glad I called for myself and I will be visiting soon to see if I can establish residence.

After months of looking for a place for me & my kids I went into Shan’s office on a Tuesday & was approved the same day & moved in that same Friday. She kept me informed with any updates in the process & respond quickly to adt’l documents required by me sent to her. I was so anxious yet she was so cool, calm & sure of her process.
