Emily is first class. I was able to sell my townhouse AND buy a new construction home with her help! Selling the townhouse was made easy by Emily. We talked about what I wanted out of it and what needed to be done and the realistic outcome. She definitely had my back during negotiations for the sale.

The new construction buy was a great experience. I didn’t even know you could negotiate things for new construction, but again… Emily had my back and got the builder to add on a bunch of extras without any additional cost. She definitely has that gift of attention to detail, and I felt I could trust her 100% of the way.

I never felt pressured to close in on any home we took a look at, I really felt she had our best interest in mind rather than the sell.
