Loved working with Ashley! She was responsive, knew the market well, gave great advice but never pushed to do or accept anything we weren't comfortable with. We were always able to get her on the phone (or text, or email). She understood what would sell our house, and made getting a quick sale for a great price look easy. If she was busy with another client she still found time to contact us back and set up a time to meet and/or talk on the phone. Ashley is an amazing agent. Rating Ashley with an across-the-board 5-Star review was easy to do, without any hesitation. Ashley knows the market, gave great advice on how to list the property--from pricing to recommended renovations--, made connections for me to resources --from contractors to cleaners--, and negotiated the sale for a full-price offer, with multiple offers within 5 days. Ashley managed the listing in East Cobb, GA, while I reside in California. I mention my being a remote seller b/c when I needed a replacement light fixture Ashley bought one; when the weather got cold, Ashley went to the listing (after it was already under contract) to drip all the faucets. There are lots of examples like this, but I want to call them out b/c I could NOT have sold my property without her and her team. I would hire Ashley again in two seconds.
