Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West

My stay was great! Although I didn't fly in our out the reason I booked with this hotel, I booked because it was within 5 miles of two places I came in town to visit.

The young lady at the front counter was friendly; I didn't run into other staff members, for my visit was literally one morning in and out the next day.

The lobby and room was cleaned to my satisfaction. However, the elevator floor and hallways could use some attention. I kept seeing random pieces of trash that you could tell had been sitting for a day or so. I understand you don't want to inconvenience your guest by running the vacuum, but nothing was major that a quick pan and broom wouldn't have taken care of.

Again - my short stay was perfect, and when I'm in the area, I'll definitely return.

Very clean hotel by the airport with amazing customer service. We checked in here after over 19 hours of travel and cancellations from our airlines. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind even as we came in without a prior booking and past midnight. She checked if we needed anything and went above and beyond.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We didn’t realize the hotel had a shuttle to the airport which we took in the morning morning. What a nice surprise and Laurie the Navy vet driver was so pleasant.

I would definitely stay here again and it was the one good experience we have had in our entire day of traveling and dealing with customer service reps.

I ordered dinner at the bar the other night with my wife and Desiree waited on us. She was absolutely delightful! The service was excellent. She made us freshly squeezed lemonade and a hot toddy. I appreciate her going above and beyond. It was as if the word “no” isn’t in her vocabulary. She made both my wife and I feel special. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. 5/5 SERVICE!

This hotel was an amazing surprise.. The customer service was phenomenal.. Toren, Brittany and Helen were absolutely amazing... The rooms were impeccably clean... The bed I slept so good... The room was very stylish and the hotel had many amenities.. absolutely love the bar and food but did I say again the customer service flawless.. I definitely will be back for a longer stay because they also have an outside pool and rooftop that I can't wait to see in the summer months.. Great job Four Points by Sheraton...

From the start of the stay , everything was quick & impeccable. After taking luggage to the room, we immediately came to the bar. Ade provided us exceptional service. 10/10 definitely recommend! The hospitality is superb. Keep him as part of the staff.

Had a great experience at this property. The bar is exceptional. Spent two nights and had a wonderful experience led by Ade at the bar. Ade is the consummate professional and makes friends with everyone. He obviously enjoys his work and treats everyone with ultimate respect.

Worked out great as a quick overnight en route to Nassau. Rooms were nicer than I expected. I had some packages delivered in advance that were waiting for me. Brittany at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating and helped coordinate with Victor, the shuttle driver, to make an extra trip to the airport after their typical final 11:45pm shuttle to grab out large group. And they pulled an extra shuttle the next morning to get us to the international terminal on time. Like I say, for being a 3-star hotel (per google), my expectations were beat … and the staff were top notch. Thank you!

The service here is second to none! Ade, the (bartender) knows how to make the guest feel welcome. He is a so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & kind. He also makes a great drinks! This hotel, bar and restaurant is truly a hidden gem. It’s the perfect place to catch a sunset, or watch the planes fly overhead.

Stayed here for 1 night. Shower had several hairs remaining from previous guest. No soap, but 2 shampoo’s. Bathroom counter hadn’t been wiped. Bathroom sink faucet was held in place by a hand towel and about to fall off. Ironing board would not stand anymore. Coffee maker was missing part that holds filter and unusable. Ac very loud.

Basically you’re paying for a very low end hotel but somehow is still a “Marriott’ brand.

Updated: stayed here a second time because the price is still good. Much better experience this time in all aspects.

I always have a great stay here and the staff is always so kind and friendly. Wanda, one of the shuttle drivers, is the absolute sweetest and always so nice to see after a long day! That lady deserves a raise!! They all deserve a raise!!

We stay here a lot being airline peeps. Really great folks working here. Ade and Azana at the bar, Velvet at breakfast and Cedric & Shakira at the front desk are huge highlights, but everyone is awesome. Rooms are clean & service is really great. We love our home away from home.

I'm a local to the greater ATL area (northern suburbs), but sometimes when you're flying out of ATL relatively early you don't wanna deal with drive through unpredictable traffic from the north of Alpharetta.

Chelsea F. At the front desk helped me navigate check in this afternoon, explaining their property and offerings that they have and it was a super easy process. Never stayed at this specific hotel or location, but it's in a great place right off I-285 and Camp Creek. 4 miles to the airport, so I won't have to get up at 4 AM to make my 8 AM flight out. Lots of local restaurants and spots but I chose to stay in and try the restaurant in house.

Azana was working at the bar, where I sat and placed an order of food. I didn't think about taking it to go eat in my room- but she asked and I agreed- so I can watch playoff football and not bother other people with my facial and loud reactions. She was helpful with my order and trying to make a few customizations to my entree and side. I then splurged on ordering a dessert as well. Definitely patient, professional, friendly, and helpful. I ordered a beef cheesesteak and loaded fries with a tiramisu to go. I'd have gone with the apple tart but it comes with ice cream and that won't be cold by the time I get to it.

I'm going to be here twice more in the next month. I'm happy that they offer a shuttle service and parking isn't super expensive ($10/day for cars).

I'm very excited to eat...I'll take a couple photos so that I can show off what I ordered.

Ade the bartender was SO great! He took care of us after a long day of travel. We showed up just before closing and he was very gracious. That is service with a gold star and the food was delicious!

We were served by Laurie M. She promptly arrived at the airport to pick us up and went the extra mile to drop us off at our car in the parking lot seeing that we had young children. She wanted to make our lives easier. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and great attitude. Thank you dear one!

The bar tender Azana could have used a little help. Despite all of that she did an amazing job. In making sure all the guests were taken care of and satisfied.
