My Name is Jequanda and I’ve been living here for 4 years now and I Love it here. I feel Safe and Comfortable here. It’s Always Clean Everyday, Very Peaceful here even on the Weekends!! I Also Love the Management Team as Well! Everyone here Mind their own Business and Entertains their Company in their homes and Not Outside!! I have had No trouble with my work order’s being Done!!! It’s a Great Place to call Home!!!!!

These Apartments are really a great place to stay. They're clean, quiet and pet friendly. The Managers Johana and Emily are the BOMB 😇💕 with rent prices being so high I would highly recommend living here.

Friendly staff! Emily definitely makes the application process easy; the renovated units also look incredible compared to what the units were previously, definitely a big improvement by new management/owners!!

I see a nastyyyy review on my apartments that I have been living in for 4 longggg years now.. For 1 I wouldn’t believe a person that had a new apartment and could not keep up with it.. but anyways.. the apartments are great.. I have no problems with them.. Pest control comes out every Monday.. As far as fixing anything, I put in a order and they come fix it that day or the next day (depending on if they have to order or get parts).. the staff in the office are very helpful and nice.. Johana and Emily are sooooo nice.. I love them to pieces.. I was here before they were in office.. I love these apartments, they are close to the highway and right around the corner from the grocery store and shopping.. Gated community.. NO ROACHES (I don’t play that lol).. Trash is emptied faithfully and they keep up with the grass and surrounding ares.. yes they are remodeled.. quiet neighborhood.. Family vibes.. everyone stays to themselves.. never had a problem.. not Ghetto or Hood THANK GOD.. I can leave my kids home and feel safe when I go to work.. I would recommend anybody.. some ppl come on reviews to lie because they are mad but I’m here to say they are WONDERFUL…

I must say this is a quiet community and I love my apartment... everyone keep to themselves.. Jessica in the rent office is so amazing and she make sure she take care of ur need.. they fix things the same day if they don’t need to order a part.. I just moved in 2 months ago.. mixed community BLACKS, WHITES, AND MEXICANS.. pool is beautiful but won’t be open til next summer.. no bugs they have pest control 😁

I’ve been living in these apartments since 2018, and the office staff has always been HELPFUL! Even when Covid hit and I was facing financial issue they were VERY VERY helpful on getting me the assistance I need to keep a roof over my kids head!! They work with you unlike many other apartments and they even ANSWER phone calls!!! Great customer service! Shout out to Emily and Joana best management team EVER!!!

Nice and quiet just kids running around... bikes left in the parking lot which get on my nerves.. every time I come out I’m dodging bike toys and kids.. Lil fat kids stay outside riding bikes 🤣😂🤣 parents don’t watch their children.. new rude lady at the front desk don’t know y they got rid of the other girl she was so nice and had manners.. but u know they got the right one when I come to the office cause I dont let them talk to me any kids of way.. PROPERTY MANAGER (Latino lady with sandy brown color hair think her name is Eliana ) is so nice and professional I just love her.. she is always dress so professional BEAUTIFUL LADY.. POOL is not open and they said it would be but it’s not.. upstairs apartments is hot doing the summer.. downstairs stay cold.. neighbors stay to themselves.. Maintenance do not answer emergency calls at all.. Paint in bath tub u gotta ask for it to be removed.. still no bug problem!! 😊 don’t come looking for a man here all of them ugly 🤣😂🤣 not ghetto HA!

The apartments are newly renovated. They are also gettkng alot of the rift raft out. It is gatef but ppl keep breaking the gate. The apartments are nice and the layout is nice.

They do not fix anything for anyone unless you speak Spanish. They left me with my toilet stopped up all night, when all the apartments are one bathroom apartments. I still have cabinets and doors hanging and my lease is almost up. I have pipes banging in the wall everytime I go to shower. The are horrible

I'm going to be completely honest with you. This place is horrible!! Its a drug infested, roach infested, with flies. Its so disgusting to live here! You will be making a complete mistake to take them up on there offer of their "special" I know that what drew me into here and ofcourse they show you the model that looks so great, then you step into your apartment and think ok this isnt so bad, then within a week you start to see the roachs and the nets flying around then the flies, keep in mind no windows open so its not from outside. They are coming in from the sink. I have to constantly be cleaning and no matter how clean i got the place i still have flies and roachs. Forget about complaining or trying to get them to fix anything they make the promise to come fix it and never do.
Now the worst part is the drugs, we just had a raid about a month ago, i thought i was a bomb that went off but the sound was a flash bang and they busted into someones house. Now i know they didnt take anyone out because i was watching the whole damn thing so whoever they were trying to capture is long gone. But the feeling i had when i saw that, i could have died. All i was thinking was what if my kids were out there.
It kills me that i made such a huge mistake moving here all because of a special they offered and ofcourse the low rent and the model really did fool me. I still have time left on my lease but i'm considering breaking my lease because this is just took much! I dont want to lose my life or my children's life all because i make such a mistake.
Please if you read this review and truly decide to move here i feel sorry for you because i know you have no choice, but if you have a choice to move anywhere else then please do that. DONT MOVE HERE DONT LIVE IN REGRET EACH DAY OF YOUR LIFE!!

Please save ur money and find a better place. The place is bugs and roach infested that any place i have ever seen in the world. They have sprayed 100 times but still the same. They tell you the gates will be locked and will give u a card to get in but its all lies. Their cameras are only a decoy they do not work. I had all my tires for my vehicle cut and when i went to request for a tape cus i see a camera there they told me the camera are just there and they do not work.

Do not move here !! They have a major bug issue bed bugs and roaches alike ! They try to pin things on the resident when in fact they know they are at fault . I have never dealt with such stupidity in my life . My kids have bite marks on them and everything . I will be suing them as they are trying to put an eviction on my information for non payment they won’t get a cent out of me and idc . I’ll just get my credit cleaned and they still won’t get anything . I hope this place gets torn down in the near future .

Nothing at all it was a total scam with horrible living conditions no maintenance service at all even in very serious health hazardous conditions. Bug infested, drug infested and no peace at all not the place to live at all keep your money. Everything that sound good isn't good and this place is one.

These apartments are awful they are roach invested they don’t fix anything rent went from $700 to 1100 just because they put new stuff in the apartment when I moved had to throw all my furniture away roaches everywhere beware!!!!

Do these apartments take Georgia housing voucher?
