I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The staff which consisted of 2 young ladies were very helpful. They did not have what I was looking for at the time but asked was ordering an option for me. Unfortunately it was not but I would definitely return to this store due to the friendliness of the staff

I order online 99% of the time. I like the fast shipping and the different styles to choose from! Anytime I’ve been in the store the associates were always nice and helpful!! I’ve only had one issue where some shoes were shipped to me dirty. No stores in my state have them. So now I have to purchase them again and do a return. That’s super inconvenient. I’m not sure how the rep packed them because the two spots are right on top when I opened the box!

I'm not sure if Vetta is the manager or not but her customer service is amazing. She helped me with my returns that no one else was patient enough to do at other locations. Although, this location may not be the biggest the employees are very friendly and helpful. Justice was also very pleasant.

Gabby an kayla are the BEST...I live a good drive from this store.. but I make the drive because of gabby an kayla.. customer Service 100%%..

I really enjoy my visit at Hibbett Sports, my only issue is? There are not enough 2XL sizes. the creativity with some of the gear is outstanding, but the traditional colors, stand the test of time, and that what I go for. Thank for all your hard work in this competitive market!

Giara Corbet is the best! She goes above and beyond to provide superior service. I wish that there were more people like her in customer service.

I came in when it was busy. The sales worker Ge’Niya was so amazing and friendly. She was so present and helping everyone out. Definitely will be back 10/10.

We came to the Hibbett store on Tara (store 1484) for the first time and we were commended by the GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT Customer service we had from all the workers but especially Alex , Kayla , Mekia and Jalen . Because of them we will be back next time !!!!
