Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport West/Camp Creek Parkway

My room was clean and reasonably quiet. It was about the size of my first apartment when I was young. The front desk folks were very helpful and accommodating, a very nice lady named Grace was exceptional and booked an early morning ride to the airport for me. I'll stay there again next time I'm in Atlanta.

Although we didn't get to experience the hotel firsthand due to it being sold out, I must commend Angel, the manager, for her exceptional efforts to accommodate us. Her friendliness and professionalism certainly make a positive impression. It's unfortunate we couldn't stay, but based on the strong customer focus, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great stay at this Hampton. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming and the woman responsible for the breakfast was very kind and the breakfast was good. Best of all fast elevator, clean room, easy to access HDMI for streaming and cold AC. Don't judge it was like 74 humid with thunderstorms in JANUARY! Weather here can be something else!

I highly recommend this Hotel very clean and the staff was very helpful and very professional I love my five days stay here it's very nice and I love my suite and Grace is very nice the front desk receptionist she very nice

Sophia in hospitality was wonderful. She cared about the customers and really made an effort in the food area. The manager was awesome (can’t remember his name). He helped me with my Hilton points and made sure I was taken care of! The whole staff and experience was great. Thank you Hampton Inn East Point!

Our stay was great for a short trip to Atlanta. The rooms were spacious and the staff was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Grace was an exceptional host. Waking up to a hot breakfast and coffee every morning was an additional plus!

The front staff was so inviting and helpful they all had amazing personalities, greeted me as soon as I stepped on the carpet, I felt like a celebrity for a second Ha! My check in process was fast and they had bottles of water for me as well, the lobby was clean and smelled so good, the elevators were smooth and smelled good not many hotels pay attention to their elevators but this property did, my room was so fresh and clean the remote worked, all of the lights worked, the AC unit worked properly, my bathroom was SPOTLESS like for real! I did not get to enjoy the breakfast but it smelled delicious, overall I will be returning to this hotel each time I’m visiting Georgia. Thanks Gale you are the best!

My daughter and I booked here on Easter Sunday night because it's close to the airport and we fly out in the morning for vacation. It is very close to many business and restaurants. The service was top tier because of Shanilla, the front desk person. She was so friendly, helpful and pleasant!

The strong perfumed cleaning odor has been taken care of. Nice clean front lobby. When we arrived to our 1st room the air/heat did not work, the front desk employee was happy to help & even upgraded our room to executive King suite, we did not request this! Our 2nd room was large, very clean & well maintained. Comfortable bed, nice shower, blackout blinds & large closet.
I will rate breakfast in morning.

We were only here a few hours but had a nice experience. We got in late and had to leave early. The staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be awake in the middle of the night! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't get to try out any of the amenities so I can't comment on those. I wish we didn't have such an early flight so we could have had breakfast!

Hampton Inns are always satisfactory for a stay away from home. Sophia made this morning's breakfast, and that made the stay great. Thank you Sophia at Hampton Inn West / Camp Creek.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, the breakfast was so delicious and the staff was so upbeat and friendly, I visited most of the places the front desk told me about and i really enjoyed myself but the superstars of this property are Tiffany and Anthony at the front desk and Gayle the general manager and the housekeeper Kiera. you all are the bomb.com keep up the excellent work.

We arrived at the hotel around 11pm, however we accidentally booked our reservation for following day rather than the day of our arrival.

Phyllis who was scheduled to be off duty went above and beyond and found a room even with the hotel fully booked.

She made my family feel very welcome and comfortable. Phyllis is a shining example of what persons working in hospitality industry should strive to be.

The staff was exceptional. They took excellent care of me and my 80 year old parents. I would like to thank the Manager and the wonderful lady who prepared the breakfast on Saturday 2/5/2022. These two ladies made our weekend great. THANK YOU!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant but our bed was very hard and gave my husband a back ache and our tub was dangerous I almost fell in tub. Nothing to prevent slipping.
