Monterey Village

I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the amazing Management and Maintenance staff of this very beautiful and well-maintained apartment community. I am a new resident, and my entire apartment hunting experience was impeccable. Everyone is so professional, kind and efficient. I feel like I have just moved into "Paradise". I had been looking for an apartment community like this for several months, to no avail.
However, when I finally prayed about it, and gave it up to God, he immediately answered my Prayers. Thank you Property Manager, Rhonda, JayLyn, L.J., and the rest of the fine Staff here at Monterey Village Apartments. The entire team is absolutely Amazing! Thanks for making me feel like Royalty. The Property is very Beautiful, and I highly recommend living here. I totally Love It!

I am helping my daughter with finding her first apartment and I'm SO glad we came here. In addition to me wanting to make sure she understands the process of renting, I also wanted to show her how she is SUPPOSED to be greeted and treated as a perspective tenant with excellent customer service. From the phone conversation we had the day before to us meeting her in person and touring the unit, Ms. Jaylah was AWESOME!!! She was very nice and professional and answered all of our questions. The property is also well kept on the outside and the unit we saw was clean spacious and the perfect floorplan for her needs. I am 100% confident that my daughter and my grandbabies will be in good hands at this property.

I had such a pleasant experience visiting this property. I showed up without an appointment, which I now understand I needed. HOWEVER Ty, the assistant property manager, did not turn me away. She took time from her busy schedule to show me around the property and made me aware of current property specials. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was lovely and the entire property was clean. This was such a wonderful experience and thanks to Ty's bubbly demeanor, and willingness to help, this property is high up on my potential list!

This is a very nice property, the staff is amazing and very professional and friendly I have one more property to look at but I am really considering this one!!!!

I absolutely here at Monterey Village. The ppl at the leasing were amazing. The love and welcoming I felt as I entered the door were top of the line hospitality. Most managers are arrogant and cocky because of their position. She was very friendly and patient. Everyone wore beautiful smiles and and greeted so professionally. They made me wanna live here. I love here in Monterey Village.

I am so pleased that I chose this apartment to call home! From the moment I walked in Ms. Genitra and other staffs were SO sweet, helpful and most importantly -patient & personable. They truly care about their residents here at the Monterey Village. Application process was easy and they contacted you to let you know that every thing that was going on. I’ve lived at other complexes in the Jonesboro area and none of them could ever live up to Monterey village. The management staff here has exceeded my expectations!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Seriously, there is not a bad thing I could find about this apartment.

Omg! We were riding around looking for apartments for my daughter. So we stopped by Monterey Village. The property landscape was absolutely beautiful. The front office felt like home and Ms. Virginia aka Ms. Denise was the best!! We dropped in without an appointment and took very good care of us. These apartments are a hidden gem. The property was super quite and the grounds were clean. I feel safe in knowing my grand babies and my daughter will be safe living here.

I love this beautiful property and the staff was so nice and friendly. Ms Denise Moor was very helpful and her communication was very understanding. I heard her talking with the maintenance man about their beautiful pool. I love that the pool was open because when I go anywhere else their pools always closed. I definitely enjoyed the tour and the property. I recommend this company for anyone that wants peaceful living situations. The property was clean and the office was very comfortable. I really liked my experience at this place and I give them 5 starsss because they are so awesome omgggg 😍😊😊😊

I recently moved into this apartment complex. It truly is a gem. Today I had a question about my lease, and was assisted by miss Denise. She was so pleasant and helpful. I felt very welcomed, and she provided a professionalism that went above and beyond what I had asked for. I truly appreciate her demeanor, and I look forward to the next reason I have to go say hello. Thank you Denise 🙏🏼

Just moved in this week. Lived here before when first opened over 15 yrs ago. Well maintained. Car wash area not operable but yes exercise & laundry room here. Maintainenace leader makes this place great. I hope hedoesn't retire soon but deserves it. Short staff in office, like every business, so call first to assure non temp will be there to actually help you. Get head start on things & follow through in a timely fashion. Dont arrive last 30 min of closing nor during lunch time (call first). No weekend move ins.

I have been a resident of Monterey village at 2 separate times. I’ve been here though for going on 2 going on 3 years and the assistant manager Tyesha and the property manager Genitra are absolutely AMAZING. I had an issue with my apartment and Miss Genitra went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of. They really care at Monterey Village. The maintenance men are also very helpful and nice. I enjoy living here. And I’m renewing for my 3rd year lol

I had an opportunity to tour the property and was very impressed with how clean the landscape was and the unit I looked at was very nice. But what I liked most was the small number of units and the fact that the property was gated. Denise Moor was very nice and answered all my questions, I look forward to Monterey Village becoming my new home.

Ms. Denise and Ms. Genitra both did an outstanding job with bringing our apartment hunt to an conclusion. They were very respectful, explained everything clearly, and were very knowledgeable about their job. I would recommend anyone to do business with these ladies because it will surely get done

The apartments is nice and quiet the maintenance is quick when you put in a service request and the office was friendly

Stop looking and lease with this team of professionals. The office staff is awesome and the maintenance department is outstanding.

I’ve been here for a month and so far it’s been great every question I’ve had Tyeisha addressed in a great timely manner. My whole move in and application process took about three days literally and the entire time she communicated with me from start to finish. On the day of move in i felt welcomed by all of the office staff and obtaining my keys was so simple and harmless from day one tyeisha talked my home into existence for me and i greatly appreciate her ! Love it here so far especially on my off nights with a glass of wine on my patio so peaceful !

I had such a great experience visiting this place . Everyone was so nice & Ms Tyeisha was such an amazing help. She was kind , patient, & understanding throughout this whole process and I appreciate her for this. I truly recommend this place .

I had a Great experience with Ty showing me around and answering all questions . Denise also was a wonderful help by stopping what she was doing in the middle of a task and showing me a one bedroom apartment ! These ladies are both awesome!

I visited this property today and I was SO impressed! Virginia Moore & Genietra Maxwell were the consummate professionals and made me feel right at home! This property has definitely won me over today!
