There are not enough kind things that I can say about Feather Touch. Everything from the front office to the back is simple and painless. Dr. Kim is by far the best dentist I have even been to. He takes his time and actually listens to what you need. While Dr. Shah hasn’t done any of my actual treatment, he always makes it a point to stop and say “Hello” when he sees me. How cool is that?! If you are looking for the best dental office in town look no further than the amazing team at Feather Touch Dental Care!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in… a while. So I ended up needing a crown after I earned myself a root canal. I have - or suppose now I should say had - an ever increasing fear of the dentist + compiled with the fact I had become very delinquent with my dental visits, I was absolutely dreading everything about this. After reading wonderful reviews about Dr. Shah and his team, I reluctantly had my appointment. He could not have been more delightful — there was never judgment or condescension about my dental health and my comfort was top priority and always at the forefront of every step. Not only that, his staff are so lovely! Shout to Tiffany & Aubrey who are so sweet and friendly when calling to make appointments or to discuss fun insurance. They absolutely light up when seeing them in person, making you feel so welcome.

As a testament to how smooth everything went, I’ve scheduled more treatments upon our discussion of my dental plan going forward; it’s obvious Dr. Shah is dedicated in building lifelong patients with his patience, precision, and empathy. I am now one of those loyal (and fear-free!) patients and highly recommend Feather Touch Dental.

I love feather touch dental! I am always able to text questions to their staff and appreciate Tiffany and others for getting back to me quickly! Dr.Kim was very patient with me and my questions as well as made my appointment quick and painless! I loved the team that worked on my teeth today and honestly will request the same team next time. Feather Touch and Dr. Shah specifically really do their very best to get it right. They are innovative, patient-centered, and make things right if things don’t go exactly as expected. That’s really all you can ask for. I ask Dr Shah questions to understand his plan for my orthodontics and how it’s working, and he always takes the time to answer them. The staff also make sure to carefully execute the plan, double-checking to be sure instead of just going through the motions. As a former owner of a professional services business, I can tell this is a very healthy business with a happy team and subsequently happy patients.

I had the best experience with this office. I took my elderly mom there to have an evaluation of her options given she has several teeth missing or which are failing. The staff was beyond nice and very patient. Dr. Kim was extremely nice and thoughtful in accessing her situation and giving options. I felt everyone we encountered seemed to care about making sure we were taken care of. On top f that, they gave my mom flowers when we left! Who does that?? I cannot say enough positive about this practice. I was very pleased with my visit!

My best friend referred me here after seeing Dr. Kim for a while. I have lived with dental anxiety, and had put off this appointment for way too long. To start, the staff is amazing. It’s the first time in my life I’ve experienced the level of care at ANY medical or dental facility. From the front desk staff, assistants, and hygienist, 5/5 stars. Dr. Kim is a DREAM! He works quickly and efficiently, and even followed up with me afterwards. I was really scared, but they provided a calming environment, followed with professionalism and true concern about their patients experience. They built trust and followed through. I don’t see myself going anywhere else, because for once I don’t dread going back. Thank you guys so much. ♥

This is long overdue. I came to Feather Touch with decades of bad dentist experiences and just a long history of dental trauma. Dr. Shah and his team treat me with such care and make me feel so comfortable. I can't recommend this office enough. I've sent so many friends to the practice and they are also just as satisfied as I am. The treatment is great and so is just the overall energy the staff gives. HIGHLY recommend.

Just wanted to share our amazing experience with Feather Touch Dental. My 15 year old needed some teeth bonded and our orthodontist recommended Dr. Shah at Feather Touch. From our first visit, the entire staff was so welcoming, helpful and informative. Dr Shah had great ideas to help Caroline achieve the perfect smile and laid out a great plan of action. The final appointment was going to be in January, but Tiffanie at reception knew how much Caroline was dying to get it done before the holidays and somehow managed to squeeze her in yesterday! Her new smile is beautiful! Thank you to Dr Shah for his expertise and artistry, to Tiffanie for her helpfulness with scheduling and to everyone who made this experience so wonderful!

Quite possibly one of the best, if not the best, dental practices in Atlanta. The office is extremely clean and the equipment and technology are very modern. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and is a great dentist! Staff are excellent and friendly. Fantastic practice for teeth straightening, restoration, and basically anything you can think of!

I feel truly taken care of by this dental team at Feather Touch. They actually helped me fix a badly done root canal and my experience here has been exceptional. Professional staff and super responsive front desk and dentists. Would 100% recommend it.

I got some dental procedures done and all has been going very well and extremely smoothly so far. They’re very flexible with my indecision which I appreciate. Felt literally nothing but pressure throughout the entire procedure, even the needle to get numbed didn’t really hurt somehow, and it’s been between an hour or two after and the numbness is already completely gone and I’m able to freely proceed with my day as if I didn’t just have my teeth drilled at for 90 minutes. A little on the pricier side I think but I am not exaggerating when I say I did not know it was possible for major dental work like this to go so smoothly, and pain free. Furthermore, I deeply appreciate Dr. Kim, Tia and any other staff who have helped me with getting what I have done thus far in such little time!

I love it here! So I’m adulting and finding my primary dentist/doctors office was overwhelming. I was going through most reviews and because of the location and endless praise I decided to go with Feather Touch. My first appt was amazing staff/teamwork (Jacqueline+ clarified) I can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Very detailed, gentle, and informed me throughout the process. My hygienist love her! Miley was also amazing she was funny, light, informative and gave great recommendations. Aubrey was amazing she took her time and gave me options and clarified EVERY concern I had. Kim is great, great team no complaints! Appt two and I feel well taken care of! I was referred to Feather Touch Dental by my HR manager. She boastfully spoke about the gentle care she is consistently provided due to her low tolerance for pain. After having my own experience, I can honestly share that Feather Touch offers five star treatment! During my first appointment, I was introduced to Dr. Shah and Dr. Kim. Both spent a few minutes getting to know me personally which eased my nervous energy. My dental technician, Jacqueline, took such great patience with me. She took all of my new patient x-rays with ease and we had small chats in between about our pets. At the end of my session, I was escorted to a private room where Tiffany thoroughly explained my future dental work and the coverage of my dental insurance. This one on one time allowed me to think about the goals Dr. Kim set for me and my plan of payment based upon my budget. I'm so happy I've joined the Feather Touch family and I'm looking forward to my dental health journey!

This office is beautiful! The entire staff was so kind and caring. The manager worked to fit me in for an early appointment with just few days notice. I saw Dr. Kim, and I can’t say enough about him. He’s easy going and communicates his care plan beautifully! He’s extremely knowledgeable while being friendly and personable. Truly impressed with the whole team!

Dr. Shah and the entire team at Feathertouch is simply amazing. I was afraid to try out their office for years because I thought it would be too expensive, but I was wrong. I realized all I really needed was a dentist that truly cared about my dental health as much as I did. Coming from many many years at a terrible dentistry chain, I almost forgot what it was like to have thorough dental care from a team of professionals. They are warm and welcoming, they follow up and are as thorough and transparent as they are kind and professional. They also continue to learn and grow as a team and it shows in how knowledgeable they are. As a pharmacist, I appreciate being cared for in the same way I care for my patients at Northside Hospital. Dr. Shah has been my primary dentist and he is the absolute best! My only regret is waiting so long to give them a try.

Great dentistry, people there are fantastic! My hygienist Gena, especially did a great job. She even gave me a bunch of fresh flowers after my appointment!

I started going to Feather Touch 5 years ago and even through the madness of covid, they never cease to amaze me. Every person is SO friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I have been offered chap stick in case my lips are dry, a neck pillow, Bose headphones, eye protection, a warm towel when you leave. The list goes on and on. They have created a culture and experience that makes going to the dentist tolerable and even low key enjoyable. It will likely cost you more than the common dentist but it's worth every penny in my opinion.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everyone from the front desk to when I walked to the back were amazing and so helpful- so caring and sweet. The staff made me feel so welcomed and the doctor gave me so much hope. I would highly recommend this office 10/10!!

My experience at Feather Touch has been great. I have had great care and the team is great. Specifically, Tiffany at the front desk is amazing. I had moved to the area and she fit me into a very busy schedule for my first visit and follows up after every appointment. Between dealing with insurance and taking my calls I was super blown away. I have been to a lot of doctor’s offices and they are nowhere near as smooth as this one. Highly recommend this office to anyone.

Awesome experience with Feather Touch Dental Care! Highly recommend them for all your dental needs. Dr. Shah and Dr. Kim are second to none! The office was beautiful and state of the air. The staff at FTDC was very professional and extremely nice, they make sure you are taken care of and that you are very comfortable as soon as you walk through the door!
