Elyse is a very bubbly person. I have not had any issues with her personally and honestly. To me she is very understanding.

The front desk are very respectful and very professional. They will go out the way to accommodate you. Just be respectful and you won't have any problems. My room is very spacious. When I first saw it they were very clean and still is. Not a bad place to be especially if you are in a hurry to find a spot. Conveniently close to a couple of store. Now when it comes to the guests in the hotel everyone is cool just don't go start some s¥#$t and they won't be no S$*it. You know? Other than it's a 8 for me

Any issues I had with room were resolved immediately. I appreciate the friendly staff. Free items are regularly in the lobby for guests. Great rates on rooms also!

I like this hotel I been stayin here for a while over 3 years it’s convenient and reasonable and the staff nice and layed but gets the job done I never had any problems sense I been her tyshawn is the manger he gets the job done all the time… Corey

Amazing staff, rooms look so refreshed felt like I was at home. I really enjoyed my stay there. Management and staff were so attentive and made me feel like I could ask for anything. I love it, my next vacation I will be back. I was there for a week and when I tell you the price was amazing with everything that I got. I really just enjoyed the new rooms and the manager/staff. I’ve been staying here 16 months now. Have had no major issues and the very few minor ones were addressed in a timely fashion. The staff has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner. It’s a no frills hotel but the extremely reasonable pricing more than compensates for it.

Great deal for the money

Really needed somewhere to stay when it was raining last minute and the young man at the front desk was more than helpful. He got me the room that best suited me and my situation. For my budget I couldn't beat it! I would most definitely recommend it to the next person. I also have to say that Tina is outstanding when it comes to customer service and helping. She treats you like she's known you forever, sweetest lady ever.

Been here over a month now, great price, great location. Staff has amazing customer service, friendly and quick to help when it's needed. Rooms are huge, laundry on site, and so their best to accommodate your individual needs. I would definitely recommend it.

Tina was so awesome. No matter what I complained about she tried her hardest to make sure I was comfortable here with my kids. Even giving me the opportunity to look at the room before I made my payment. Even if something was missing from my room she provided me with what I needed. I only gave 5 stars because of Tina’s great customer service and because she gave me a room good enough to accommodate me and my children. Thanks Tina!

Avery, spoke with my coworker and myself last night on two separate occasions. Both calls were answered after two rings with courteousness and informative response. He is clearly going to move into management and I appreciate the customer service he represents.

The customer service has vastly improved since my original stay. I asked for extra pillows and received them minutes later. This hotels services are very handy as they always have something available for a reasonable price

Ms. Kewanda is very polite and helpful. If there’s a problem she will fix it and make sure you’re satisfied. If there’s anything I need she’s right there to give me a solution to the problem. Overall the hotel is a great place. Great location, quite, and friendly staff.

The service is marvelous... The manager Taiwan is a very helpful, understanding and loving person with a heart of gold. He always having encouraging words for those who needs it. I must say he's the BEST!!

ive been coming to this hotel for years and as of recently the improvement theyve made to ensure a comfortable stay has be amazing. from 24/7 customer service, to security on site to ensure safety. i would highly recommend you staying here
