Hilton Garden Inn Tri-Cities/Kennewick

This hotel was absolutely AMAZING!!! We like to stay in Tri-cities on our way home from Montana. We stayed at the Comfort suites Kennewick on the way to Montana, and we will definitely never go back there. The room was filthy, rude customer service, and the hot tub left chlorine chemical burns on the skin. So on the way home we tried a different one. We booked at the Best Western Plus Kennewick because it was convenient to head out to Bend. But we checked right back out. The odor when you walked into the lobby was so bad, all the way into the room, I'm not sure what it was, but my sons allergies were so bad. And the bed was broken, when we sat it almost touched the ground. We know now this hotel will be our normal stop. When we called, they only had rooms with 1 king, but offered a rollaway for my son. When we arrived they had it all set up and made in the room already and the customer service at check in was fantastic, The room was spotless (I am very picky), and the pool was warm and hot tub nice and hot. It's hard to come by a place this amazing with everything perfect. Keep up the great work, and we will be back on our next trip to Montana!!

The staff was so friendly and ready to assist us with any requests! The facility was clean, beautiful, festive and pleasing in every way! The on-site restaurant was amazing! Our made to order breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful! Dinner and dessert were exquisite as well as the servers! The only suggestion I would make is to fire up the gas logs in the foyer area for guests to enjoy. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'll stay again if we're ever in this area.

Room was awesome! Restaurant was amazing! Staff was fantastic! Pool and hot tub were my happy place. Fitness room kept me focused. The overall experience was exactly the type of experience I want when I stay somewhere. The cheesecake was so good I took a piece back to my room both nights I stayed there because: I was too full from stuffing my face with deliciousness at the restaurant that I had to so I could have it a little later!!! Yum!!!

I stayed for 5 nights for a conference. I was happy with the spacious room and comfortable bed. I did think the bed was a bit low to the floor but got used to it. Good channel selection on the tv. The bar/restaurant was staffed with great employees that saw to the guests every need. Nice to have a guest laundry when needing to wash clothes. I had a 3rd floor room next to the stairs that served as an easy exit to attend meeting at the conference center. The only thing that was 'off' was lack of a shuttle to/from the hotel. They simply didn't have the staff for it, I was told. Uber or a cab was available if transport was necessary. It was a nice stay and I would recommend.

Staff was great check-ins easy rooms are nice Love the sleep number beds and very convenient for the airport they also do have a shuttle.

We had a great time. Our base ball team took 1st place. The room was fine but pillows were too soft. The breakfast Sunday morning was only cold boxes but truly thought of. Breakfast Saturday was awesome. Would of loved some coffee. Not avail. We had an early game on Sunday, but expected breakfast to be available. The shower was great. The front desk was courteous and pleasant to work with. The kindness showed through out the day. We definitely would come back.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Staff were all very kind and welcoming. Love how this hotel is within walking distance to shopping and the Toyota Center for events. My husband and I also got to enjoy breakfast which was delicious and the staff were once again very kind. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing service. Anna from housekeeping found my phone for me and kept it safe for me upon my arrival. Very kind staff and very willing to help!! Room was clean and amenities were spectacular. Great stay.

A week ago Wednesday- we were road tripping out from Montana and arrived very late and exhausted. We are Hilton Honors members, so we checked other Hilton locations- and everything was booked. Not only booked, but one Hilton property we called kept asking several survey-type questions before finally telling us they were booked. We did not have the time, energy or the patience for that at all.
-Anyway, it was refreshing talking with Alex at the front desk of this Hilton Garden Inn. He booked our room quickly (even with a glitchy computer system). He was great to deal with- and we appreciate that kind of great customer service! We'll definitely be back. Thanks, Jimmy and Ang

I judge a hotel on three things: 1) Is it clean; 2) Is it comfortable; 3) Are the employees nice. After my stay in late September, I would say that they have earned five stars on every on of these points.

Judging a hotel on errant sprinkler systems, vending machine items, or charging for breakfast is nit-picking if you ask me. This place is great, and I would easily stay here again.

It was very clean and the staff was helpful and kind! We were attending a concert at the Toyota Center and it was a brief walk across a parking lot to the show. The hotel was full and we did not hear another guest the whole time and got a great nights sleep on very comfortable beds. The only complaint, which is small, is the hot water took a while to get to the third floor. Would stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful accommodations, Super Bee customer service, and excellent food! The amenities were superior too many upscale hotels I have stayed in for different work or conference events. The only complaint that I can really think of is that the bathroom did not have a fan but outside of that, everything was perfect.

The staff was super nice and accommodating even to some cranky guests, not me by the way. I admit I am persnickedy and got a room facing north toward the Toyota Center and the north parking lot. The Tri-Cities has amazing sunsets so after starting to settle in I saw the notice to let them know is they could do anything and called down and asked for a west facing room. The front desk guy met me with a key to a new room so I could watch the sunset from my room, plus can see all 3 mountains, Rattlesnake, Candy and Badger. The breakfast pasta are 28is a large portion and tasty, dinner is also delicious, the tomato basil soup and parm garlic bread was OMG yumm, cute lobby with great seating and a cute little bar. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful!
Staff was quick and polite always offering to help.
Whole lobby, elevators, halls and rooms very clean. Plenty Hand sanitize stations, especially near high touched area's. My room was immaculate! Not 1 fingerprint was found, and a light scent of lysol, in a good way.
I have been nervous to travel since the Covid-19 pandemic, and this was my first trip away from my home. I felt safe being within these walls though and appreciate all the courtesy and safety measures in place.
I was SO pleased with my stay that I sighed up to be a Hilton Rewards member and have already booked my next trip, only next trip a few stays longer.

My son & I stayed here on Sunday and he had a blast. We came for a night for his Doctors appointment and we chose to stay in town. Great location not too far from Chuck E Cheeses. Right next to the mall and other restaurants. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub and the front desk agents were all very nice. I could not locate the ice machine on the first floor but a nice man that worked here helped fill up my container, very nice of him. Thanks for a great stay! Also breakfast was great! My son is picky at times (hes 3) but he gobbled up all his breakfast!

The room is alright, standard fare as far as nicer motel/hotels are concerned, but the hospitality is where this place will blow you away. The staff are all very friendly and when you hobble into the breakfast area in the morning you're greeted warmly and asked just how much coffee you'd like to go with your amazing fresh-prepared breakfast.

I've never personally stayed here because I live in town, but many friends and family stay here when visiting. One time in particular a friend was in town to interview for a job at the place I work and we used their lobby to interview prep for several hours and they were very accommodating. They even offered us coupons to Texas Roadhouse when they heard us talking about eating dinner. Very nice place.

Maira is such a help and is my favorite at the front counter, Jonii and Kelly are my favorite waitresses and do everything perfectly. The entire atmosphere of the hotel/restaurant setting is just the best. Clean and comfy rooms with a lot of space. Good food and good employees create the perfect stay every time. Definitely worth it and I'm always a little bummed when it comes time to leave. Keep up the good work and I appreciate you guys!

Keyless, no contact! It was fun to use our phone app for the key. The rooms were very clean... and had many ‘sealed’ items. I feel like the sheets were heavy on the bleach... but, I suppose they need to be. I suppose the only thing I’d add, is some hand sanitizer pumps at the door entrance, exit and stair well.
