During my recent stay at Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East, I found a combination of comfort, convenience, and a few minor drawbacks that shaped my overall experience. While the hotel had several positive aspects, there were a couple of issues that stood out as areas for improvement.

The friendly and welcoming staff, including a delightful young lady at the front desk, made for a positive first impression. Her warm demeanor and efficient check-in process set the tone for a pleasant stay.

The standout feature of the stay was the spacious room, offering ample space to unwind and relax. The room's size was a definite plus, creating a comfortable environment for the duration of my stay.

However, a couple of issues affected my overall experience. One aspect that could use some improvement is the comfort level of the bed. The bed placed in the middle of the room was somewhat uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. This aspect caught my attention, as a good night's sleep is a fundamental expectation for any hotel stay.

Additionally, I was surprised to find that the shuttle service provided by the hotel was not as convenient as I had hoped, especially for an airport hotel. The shuttle service only operates from 9 AM onwards on weekends, which could be a challenge for guests with early morning flights. Given the hotel's proximity to the airport, I expected the shuttle service to cater to a broader range of flight schedules.

In conclusion, my stay at Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East offered comfort, convenience, and a few areas for improvement. The positive interactions with the staff, spacious room, and inviting ambiance were highlights of my experience. However, the discomfort of the bed and the limited early morning shuttle service timing were notable drawbacks. With some attention to guest comfort and convenience, this hotel has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable stay for its guests.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the diligence and friendly ness of FD staff are key factors, the house keeping staff showed kindness and quick in service, we really enjoyed our stay

It was clean neat the breakfast was great and the stay was overall very chill!! I am in Atlanta native so some people think for me to get hotels in my hometown is redundant, but I do it for sometimes business sometimes privacy and sometimes for a simple escape this day to care of all of my needs I will definitely be back😏 Metesch and Lashawna were great. They made me feel like a friend family even my only drawback if I had to say was the lack of available rags and towels and trash bags and or plastic utensils or cups the night team couldn’t use a pick me up an attitude and attentiveness but still it was great

Me and my husband experience was a 10 star!! Lashona was the Mgr on duty and Deanna was in training both of them did an Outstanding Job!! Lashona really made our day..She was such a Blessing to us today so we just had to return the Blessing to them both🙂 Wonderful Customer Service, Friendly and Positive Attitudes!! We had an extended stay when we first checked in. My husband became ill and our company kept us there till he was well. Hotel mgr was very kind and staff cleaned room around us. Took good care of us. I want people to know that this is a good hotel. The rooms are arranged where you have a sofa to sit and watch tv. The tv swivels.

From the beginning to end so far the stay was more than pleasant. Being New year's Eve all the hotels were mostly booked and it was overly complicated to use the booking sites because the booking information was inaccurate but when I arrived here the staff was wonderful and they didn't even charge the over prices because of the holidays. It's truck driver friendly and that's especially important because I'm a driver by profession. On time breakfast and great rooms... I will stay here again most definitely.

Actually, I am only giving it 4.5 stars although the staff was very friendly, the location is close to the interstate, it has airport shuttle service and hot breakfast. It is dated and in a somewhat state of disrepair. King room was clean and roomy with writing desk refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was in trouble. I advise front desk personal and they thanked me for the report.

Great value airport hotel! We stayed a week ago, and we returned last night because it was such a good experience. Clean and spacious rooms, with microwave and fridge. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. If you're looking for an affordable spot near the airport, I think this is a solid choice.

Ms Denise at the desk showed me great hospitality and has been great!! I believe she deserves a promotion. The smile, professionalism, the personality; Everything was suburb!!

My children and I were in a Clean spacious room double bed suite enough for 4-6 people. Family friendly as well as staff. Great hot breakfast spread. (guest can benefit from more cable channels & wifi needs improving) overall Nice hotel.

The hotel itself is particularly what it says it is a sweet that's so accommodating so enjoyable the views are incredible given the area the customer service is really above and beyond the hotel is clean the staff are as most staff and a hotel probably would be not as friendly but most certainly watchful curious in protectant of The Guess who would most certainly expect that from a hotel staff I can't say anything really wrong about the hotel management is management and the manager that's currently over there has been there for years managing that location and he's always managed it with an iron fist and salute to him for that sometimes that's needed
