Northbridge Dental: Galperin Elvira DDS

This was my first visit to Dr. Galperin’s practice and it was a great experience. I had some issues with an old crown and she was able to work me in quickly and correct the problem. She provided options for further treatment and it was a pleasant experience, which is uncommon at a dental office. Also, the staff were very professional and attentive. Me and my family will be back for future care.

AWESOME experience! One of the best dentist visits that I have ever had. They were able to get me in quickly and were even able to do everything I needed in one visit so I did not have to return. Everyone had smiling faces and were eager to help! Irina was my dental hygenist, she was extremely thorough, sweet, and personable. Dr. Stanley was also very nice and took his time during my examination. Glad I found a great dentist office on my side of town!

I’ve never had such great care with a dentist before. Had a terrible tooth infection on a Saturday and these lovely people told me to come in right away. Dr. Sotnikov healed my infection and relieved my pain immediately. The next week Dr. Galperin gave me a root canal that was completely painless. The whole staff is professional, competent and charming.

Went with my entire family, ages 3 through 47. She and her husband declined to put braces on my teenagers because of complex situations, passing on $10,000 of revenue by referring us to another orthodontist. As for myself and my wife, we were very happy with their services and explanations, and I am planning to return with our young boys this week for check ups.

I've been seeing Dr. Galperin and Dr. Sotnikov For 15 years. They have always been wonderful to work with. The front desk at the office is very friendly and accommodating. They have done beautiful work, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of me the way they do. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been coming to this Dentistry for many years. I love the personnel and the dentists know what they're doing It's just a very relaxing place if I can say that about any Dentistry.

Dr. Galperin was very patient and helped ease some of my fears about going to the dentist.

Super professional

In December of 2021, this dentist performed a root canal on me without a well amongst other things. Failed to correctly diagnose a lump the size of a small marble in my gum, which turned out to be a bad infection, advised me to travel, which was a bad idea to get on a plane with an infection the size of a marble! The worst part is that the root canal she performed was not done properly, subsequently I needed to have it re-done, This doctor had the audacity to refuse to enter the correct code on the insurance claims to reverse her bad job, causing me to have to pay 100% of the new root canal out of pocket!! After months of speaking with Humana, I am told that she will not re-submit and void the original claim and Humana will not pay for the new root canal, as they see it as not "necessary" Like we love getting root canals every 3 months!!
Stay away from this dentist!!

Terrible experience. I called as a new patient and asked to book an appointment for a routine cleaning. After I was given a day and time and took off of work, I show up to the office expecting my cleaning appointment as agreed per our phone conversation. Once I am called back, after waiting for 30 mins, I find out the office had another patients file, not mine. Once we finally got that sorted, I was asked if I were a new patient and why was I in today. I was then told that I would not be receiving a cleaning today but rather an evaluation and no services would be rendered. Why can I not be evaluated prior to a cleaning I wondered. I gave the office a choice, either perform my cleaning today or I would leave, which they were quick to tell me that I could leave because it's "office policy" - I'm guessing it's so they can bill the insurance for two visits, which I did not need. I do not feel it necessary to take two days off of work just to get a cleaning, especially as a new patient.

Concluding 2016, I had just spent more than $50,000 for periodontal, cosmetic and endodontic care from Dr. Colin Richman and the bothers Goldstein, which I may suggest running your office with more courtesy, respect for people's time and professionalism.

The Doctor's at this practice may be great, but I'll never know as I didn't make it past the office staff. I will not be returning to this practice again.

I hope you will rethink your office policies and respect your patients time.

In response to your response, I booked a cleaning and evaluation the very next day and in one appointment, with a different local dentist. You can make excuses all you want but I did not, and no one needs to make two visits for service which there is no reason it cannot be completed in one. We are talking about a cleaning and evaluation, not something more complex. Don't worry about my periodontal care, I have a specialist who handles that for me. I have notified my insurance company about your fraudulent billing practices.

Please stop wasting patients time with multiple visits when very clearly it is not necessary.

Very bad service. Waiting time is 40-60 minutes. Left in the middle because several patients are served at the same time. Feels like you are on a conveyor. The doctor insists on an extra service that you do not want to get. If you do not accept this plan, you are openly disliked and put out of the door.
