The 5 Spot Cafe

I can't believe we've lived in Lawrenceville this long and not tried The 5 Spot Cafe! Such a cute little place. My family enjoyed our meal here this afternoon. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the food tasted great! Hallie was our server, and she was awesome. Can't wait to visit again.

Had a great experience here. Nice atmosphere and our waitress was very attentive ...excellent service The steak is super tender and cooked perfectly, the sweet potato fries were delicious as was the basil soup. The Ruben sandwich was great! Fried cheese cake with raspberry was delicious, as was the banana foster cheese cake. Grapefruit juice was delicious, as was the steak and eggs with potatoes. The chili certainly is a prize winner! Veggie omelet was a healthy choice.

My husband, Tommy and I chose to have breakfast at #5SpotCafe for our #SaturdayMorningBreakfastDate. Some time has passed since our last visit there, and we wanted to check in.
Everything was very nice. We were seated immediately, in a booth near the front. Our waitress was courteous and attentive. Tommy ordered the Eggs and Meats platter with toast and mixed fresh fruit I ordered the pancakes platter with scrambled eggs and bacon. The food was out on the table within 15 minutes, and it tasted good. It was definitely filling. This place is off the beaten path, across from the Gwinnett airport. Give them a try if you're looking for a pleasant breakfast experience without crowds and long wait times. You won't be disappointed.

We ordered the French toast pineapple and it was delicious! The coffee taste great and creamer options were dairy based. Atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Brooke was our server and she is attentive. Great service❣will be back

First time going and it was well worth it. Have driven by many times but never stopped. It really met our expectations as many gluten free options for my wife. The place has very nice ambiance and was well cared for and clean. Our server was great and was attentive to our needs. Food was served hot and fresh! Jeanne had the gluten free French toast which was a treat for her. Fries are hand cut and very good. You pay at the table with a small,credit card machine which was very nice as we don’t usually sit around after we eat, nice feature. We will be going back!

Everything was A1. Breakfast for lunch was perfect. Server was very pleasant, food was perfect. I had a chili omelet with a Pancake. OMGGGGGG. It did not disappoint! Washed it down with and Arnold Palmer. I will be back.

This restaurant in now my FAVORITE BREAKFAST SPOT!!! it's not crowded and the food is TOP NOTCH!. I ordered the steak and eggs. I wanted medium rare but it came out medium but It was so good I did not even care. Everything was seasoned to perfection, the pancakes were soft and fluffy, the French toast was the best I've had. Lastly the service is too notch. If you get a chance stop by. I'm not gonna lie we have plans to go back tomorrow lol

We had a good time at 5 Spot today. (A couple things PS.) We were greeted with smiling faces & seated promptly. We ordered and had our food quickly. The food was good. An order of Pancakes, eggs & bacon hit the late lunch spot. The San Francisco Burger & BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger were done just right, served up like a good burger should. A Thai Chicken Wrap was very well made up and held together well. Lastly a Corned Beef Dip Sandwich. All the food tasted great. Our server Brooke was wonderful, treated us well. The restaurant was clean as you should expect one to be. We are always glad we stopped here.

PS. The Corned Beef Dip was not a dip like you would think 'French Dip'. It was Corned Beef, pickles & mustard on a baguette- no dip. They explained the meat was dipped. Huh? I guess dipped in pickle juice or they just didn't drain the pickles, my baguette dripping. I would have rather had a French Dip or a Reuben.
Then the 1st booth we were in was a big corner booth in the back. Very awkwardly uncomfortable seats. Boards pushing up at the side of your hip, or well, don't try to straddle the board. We moved to a table with a bit less elbow room but much better on the butt.

Meatloaf was bit too salty but everything else were great especially asian chicken salad.
They serve breakfast all day and comes with lunch and dinner menu. Most people eat there for breakfast mostly.

Great food and great service! This hidden gem is now my new favorite place to eat. I have lived in Lawrenceville for more than 15 years and I never knew this place was here. Now I just can't get enough! Try breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can't go wrong!

Not one complaint. Everything was perfect. From the service to the food. I got country fried steak with potatoes eggs and sour dough toast. The best potatoes and toast I’ve ever had. My boyfriend got the steak and eggs. Wow! That steak was perfections. The pumpkin latte was outstanding! Highly recommend!! Great prices as well!

I got the bbq bacon cheeseburger was sooooo yummy. Their honey mustard and ranch are good too for yall sause ppl like me. Cant wait to try more yummy dishes from here. The waitress i had was awesome ad well legit reading my mind as to what i needed. I work close by so i will for sure have to pop back in now n again on lunch break.

This was my first time at 5 Spot. Food is very good. Ambience is excellent. Our server Kayla was on point. Made some very good suggestions. You can tell that she cared about providing good service. So unless you already have a favorite Server ask for Kayla. And make sure you read the back inside of the the Menu The owners tell the story on how they started the restaurant. Beautiful story and I wish them the best of everything and I will returning

me and my girlfriends chose this place to meet up and have brunch and every thing was amazing! It was some of our first times eating here. Our server Sandra was so sweet and attentive. All the food was really fresh and delicious. Definitely will be coming back!

I have to say this place gives excellent service. I was surprised at how warm and greeted I felt walking into this place. It was like walking into someone's home and you're being welcomed to sit down and enjoy Meal with them. They took the time to explain their menu items and they always greet you with a smile. The food was good dare I say excellent, but by far the service was impeccable, you go there and have a good time it's guaranteed.

First time. Great menu. Went at 4pm. Place was empty. I'll bet they have a brisk breakfast and lunch business. I had an Asian salad with side of salmon. Salad...delicious. asked for salmon instead of chicken (reasonable upcharge) and on the side. Perfectly cooked. Wow. So many more things to try. I'll be back.

Food is delicious. French toast is always on point. If you're looking for a great burger, try the San Francisco. For dessert, the Bananas Foster Cheesecake for dessert! It's AMAZING!
