I have to say that the staff at Just Do It Automotive is amazing. I became a customer in September. Since that day, it has been amazing. An unfortunate situation with a car happened and they were so helpful and kind. I was and have been treated with pure respect. They check on me and it’s always a genuine interaction. I tell my people about them all the time. I would recommend them to everyone. 5 stars

Just stopped in to have a look around. Did not feel pressure into a purchase. The crew here are amazing. Amber and Cassie really show kindness and with the way they talk to people you can tell that they are honest people not just looking to move a unit, was not ready to buy but when I am I will definitely be coming back to them. Thank yall for the help.

They are a great place to buy a good used car and the customer service is excellent. Plus the buying process is simple.

A one star rating is more than this dealership deserves. We purchased and paid 1500.00 down on an 2014 volkswagen passat back in May of this year. We kept losing oil from the tail pipe and the vechile kept throwing a indicator light. We took it back and they replaced both fuel pumps and another part to the car. We kept losing oil, at least 5 qtd a week. They than towed it back to there lot to where the "motor" was supposedly bad. They than put us in a 2011 jeep liberty limited. The first thing that was wrong with it was the ac was not working. Not a problem, we were sent to libbys for Austin to work on it. Within about hour it was fixed and nothing was said negatively about "just do it" Only thing I stated was I was sent there by "just do it" so they could take a look and see if they could fix it. I went on my way. A about a week later it begin to overheat so I called Amber and I was asked to bring it in the next day. Which I did and there Mechanic said he would not work on it because supposedly I went to libbys the day the ac was fixed and supposedly said that "just do it" didn't know what they were doing and I didn't want them working on my car again. Which was never said. Again the only thing that was said that day was I was sent there by them to fix the ax. BO that day sent me back to libbys ans while there I talked to Austin who confirmed I had never said a negative thing about them and in fact he had not talked to Bo. Libbys was unable to look at the car due to being backed up on jobs they had already had for a few days.

We only drove the liberty for less than 2 weeks and it has been parked for over 2 months, maybe 3. We have replaced the thermostats and radar and it is still overheating. There is thick white smoke coming out tail pipe ans the oil looks like chocolate milk. When I called and spoke to Amber to explain this is the second car that the motor has went out she said she would reach out to corporate and see what they would say that was on a friday. .I waited until Tuesday of this past week, and had to call multiple times ans they finally put Cassie on the phone. Who was very rude and said corporate would not do anything about this and that I was basically out of 1500.00. That my husband and I needed to take responsibility in some of this. Which we did by trying to work with them abs had two different parts replaced on this liberty. Two different vechiles ans both times the motor went out to no fault of our own. I understand a place like this is a buy here pay here, but should not be two car.

Cassie even said because of something I never said they washed there hands of trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Even after I explained to her I never said anything negative about them to libbys. All I want is my 1500.00 I put down. Due to this second vechile going down I lost over 4 weeks of work. When I asked could I speak to corporate I was quickly told no. I want a resolution to this huge headache me abs husband has dealt with.

Buying a ford escape from these guys. Very dishonest people and tell you one thing they are going to do and then do the opposite. Manager Cassie and Amber their very snobby people. Would not buy a car from these people. Very untrustworthy.
