I found Donna through searching on Facebook for the best realtors in Atlanta, Georgia. I was really impressed with how active she was on social media and within her industry. That really demonstrated that she new how to market herself, she was dedicated to her community and her craft. Then, I Googled her and looked at the review rating and the reviews. I was sold.

I reached out last year over the holidays thinking that she’d get back to me afterwards. No. Donna was responsive and organized from the beginning and carried that same responsiveness throughout our relationship as buyer and agent.

We connected on a phone call February 8th, I was lender approved the next day. We toured homes the following week. As we toured each property, Donna always kept in mind what my needs and wants were. Each time, we talked about how the property did or did not meet a specific need. She really listened to me and took my situation to heart.

February 24th, I thought I found THE property and we were going make an offer, but another property that was posted that day made me reconsider. I texted Donna and she heard me loud and clear - no offer until we see this one. Although, she already had other arrangements, she rearranged her schedule so that we could tour first thing the following morning.

We toured the property February 25th, submitted an offer and the offer was accepted all in the SAME DAY. I’m so used to waiting months to a year with other agents. I asked Donna what would be competitive. She gave me some options, we discussed pros and cons, and Boom! I’m under contract closing March 27th. Thank you Donna!
