Very good experience. Asked for natural looking SNS nails, and that's what I got. The utensils used also looked clean.

Vincent was very attentive and polite throughout the entire experience.

The price was $45 for SNS with tips.

Will definitely be back.

Visited this place after a bad experience elsewhere. I entered slightly skeptical because I don’t usually do manis (they typically don’t last for me) but was blown away! Vincent took care of my SNS mani. He also completed my mother’s dip. What a nice, professional young man. His mom did my pedicure and was extremely warm and also a perfectionist. The owner did my daughter’s acrylics which were perfect. I could tell this place valued its customers by the number of ppl who entered buying gift certificates for their loved ones. The owner knew them all by name and greeted them kindly. I never felt rushed, quite the opposite, I actually relaxed and chatted with the other nice patrons and staff. I will 1000% be back with my daughters! This place is such a nice change from the typical salon. They are kind AND I received fantastic service.

Super attentive and kind staff! had one nail get messed up a few days later and they fixed it for me super kindly. i’ve had really hit or miss interactions in this area at other nail salons but this has been my absolute favorite to go to

I'm going to the beach and finally decided to get a pedicure for the first time since the pandemic started last February. The salon is so clean, and everyone (staff and customers) wears masks, along with gloves for the staff. Vincent settled me in a chair, while Katie took care of my pedicure (she did an excellent job smoothing my rough feet and trimming my dragon talon toenails). Kaitlyn took care of my polish as I'd requested a galaxy design to match my swimsuit coverup (I'm standing on it in the photos I attached). She did a FANTASTIC job! I'll be smiling the whole next week because the design she did looks so great. So grateful they were able to squeeze me in last minute, and took such great care of my horribly neglected feet. I look forward to frequenting Mai's Nails often.

Amazing place! The service is incredible. I came the other day 20 minutes before they closed, and they graciously welcomed me. They gave me SNS nails and a deluxe pedicure - both highly recommended!

My nails are so beautiful - the exact, manageable length I wanted, perfect gradient, SUPER natural finish. I am usually weary of SNS / acrylic nails because I don’t want them to look fake. These are beautiful and classic. My pedicure looks beautiful as well and was very relaxing. If you’re around, I recommend Mai nails!

This place is extremely exceptional! I just moved into the area and was looking for a new nail salon, I came in roughly an hour before closing and they were so nice. While I had to wait a little they kept me informed of the time and even hung out with my son who got dragged along. This is a family owned business and they treat you just like that, honestly I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else.

Love this place, and all employees are so helpful. My nails usually last 3 to 4 weeks. Kailyn is very thorough does a great job.

When I came in I showed Tammy a picture of the nails I wanted, and from that one two-second glance when I first came in she nailed the look. My new nails look amazing, and I’m so glad my boyfriend’s mom recommended this place because it’ll be my new regular place. Thank you for my beautiful new nails and fantastic service!

I just moved to this area and was struggling to find a good salon for my monthly sns manicure. I am so glad I found this place! They are a family business and genuinely care about their customers. Vincent listened to all of my needs and was so kind. He did a fabulous job! I will definitely be back and would recommend coming to this salon.

I have really short nails so they dont look as cute as everyone else’s but i love the way the design turned out. The lady who did my nails “nailed” it and im very happy with the way it turned out

Came here today to try to find a new salon as i am new to the area. They had great reviews so i decided to come in. I had a great experience here they took their time with my pedicure unlike other places that seems to rush now. I also got a mani. They had good conversation and the massage part was great! I will be back

Quaint little nail salon at John's Creek. Don't let the size of the establishment fool you, though. The professionals are very talented, give you all the personal attention you need and the massages within the manis & pedis are really good. I have lost count of how many times a seemingly good salon has been a total disappointment due to their lack-lustre massages but not this one. Would absolutely go back! ♥

After trying several nail salons in the area. I decided to give Mai Nails a try. My nails are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! This by far is the best nail salon I've been to since moving to the area 3 years ago. I will be going here for ALL my future services. If I could give them 10 ⭐'s I would.
