I walked in asking for assistance too fix my watch. I needed to add a link. I was I’m immediately greeted, as I was explaining the situation another assistant that was paying attention was already reaching for the tools needed. It took maybe 5 minutes, they also didn’t charge me. They are an awesome staff!!!

Thank you jacq for taking care of me. Would have been devastated if I lost my diamond from my wedding set. She caught the issue and sent it in to be cleaned and repaired. She knows her business and does a great job.

I brought in a watch that needed links taken out in order to fit me and another that needed a new battery. The staff was so friendly and helpful and within minutes both watches were ready to go. Love the staff there. Courtney , Kristine and Jaci take care of me every time I go in and always remember me by name. They made my payment process so much easier . When my chain broke they replaced right away, and when my fiancés Opal stone was damaged they helped with taking care of it. Love where this company comes from. The most friendly and helpful service! I purchased a ring with cash and turned right around and put a guard for this ring on layaway. COVID then hit amongst other things and now the ring no longer holds any meaning. I had paid $200 towards the guard and as of today (May 24th 2021) over a year later I got my full $200 back! They didn't even charge me a restocking fee, it was waived! Wonderful service and an environment of ring shopping delight.
