Kathy Yale did a great job helping us sell our home and in buying our new home. She helped us each step of the way as we prepared to sell and guided us as we reviewed our offers. Always letting us make our own decisions. Kathy was indispensible in buying our new home. Any question we had she found the answers and got back to us quickly. We are so grateful for her knowledge and kindness through the process of finding a new home.

Powell Real Estate Group has been professional and an enjoyable company to work with in every interaction we’ve had. I was impressed in particular with a few aspects of our recent home sale. For one, Chris knows the local market extremely well in terms of trends and pricing and actually advised us on both timing and pricing, which ended up working out really nicely. He also knows how to list a house and get results. I was worried that our house was a little funky with some 70’s style angles and wouldn’t attract visits, but Chris knew what to say in the listing and how to price to drive traffic and we went under contract on a unique house in 6 days for what I thought was an exceptional offer. Additionally, Chris was super responsive. For example, after we got an offer in the evening we decided that tonight to accept it. He stayed up late to write an acceptance to the offer at 9 or 10pm. I would use Chris again and would recommend him to friends.

Chris was an excellent realtor! We liked that we were able to make our own decisions and do things on our own time-line, and that he was never pushy with us. While he let us take the lead in our home search, he was always willing to share his professional opinion and recommendations when we needed guidance. He was very responsive, and made things happen quickly for us in the home-buying process. He went the extra mile by helping us get things ready to move in since we were coming from out of state. We would definitely recommend Chris!

Chris has helped us buy our first home and also sell it years later. Buying and selling can be stressful. Chris helped the process go smooth and helped ease our concerns. Chris was amazing to work with! Chris Powell is hands down the best agent in the Tri-City area and his team is second to none. He could not have taken better care of us from start to finish. As a first time home buyer with limited knowledge of the process, my experience was exceptional. My experience was unique because I was pre-approved by a lender and we searched for three months to find a home that would be suitable. We searched high and low, found a home and made an offer. Then the lender pulled out on me. I sank to an all-time low, Kathy suggested we try another lender and give the opportunity for another chance. At first I was ready to give up after 10yrs of consecutive denials (due to student loan debt), after some encouragement I went ahead.
