Seen in a timely manner
PCP was respectful and knowledgeable
She explained why and what procedure she was recommending
She was also kind and sensitive that I was experiencing discomfort

Dr. Holbrook and Kaci Hamreus are both EXCELLENT doctors at this practice-so glad I found them! (Providence Battle Ground at Camas Family Medicine)

I have had mostly positive experiences with this clinic until the latest visit with my son. I scheduled an appointment and explained clearly what needed to be done to relieve his discomfort. After waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the Dr. came in, wrote a prescription and left. A 5 minute appointment cost me $300 - AND she didn't listen to what we wanted to have done. After I called to complain, she tried to say that she did offer to perform the procedure requested which was untrue. Very frustrating experience.

Because of horrible customer service I tried for 1 month to get an appt. with a doctor who was recommended to me. After waiting 2 months for the appt. I get a call with a week to go that they don't want to see me because my primary doctor is in a different building. I had already discussed this with the many different representatives I spoke with during my month long journey to make an appointment. They ok'd it and made the appointment which the doctor cancelled. Completely unethical.

This place is an absolute joke. I scheduled an appt on the app with a doctor, my doctor is in a different office now but still providence and I am only home 1 weekday this month. They decide to call me an hour before my appointment to tell me they can’t see me because my Dr is not in that providence location. Never mind that they have ALL of my records, never mi de that I have seen other Drs at that location before. And because they decided to do this an hour before my appointment there is NO availability for me to be seen. Do not bother with this location period. They shouldn’t even be calling themselves a Drs office if they treat their patients so disrespectively. I guess I will just have to continue going to immediate care.

IT’S INSANE! My Providence doctor read an email I sent via online “My Chart” AFTER they called me to make an appointment. I questioned if I needed to so sent an online message to my doctor asking essentially was it necessary or was it protocol. This is part of the response! Doctors now charge you like lawyers do!

“(The Doctor’s name) spent 5 minutes reviewing your health concern, your chart, and determining a course of care. Your insurance has been billed for this visit.”

They literally charged my insurance company for responding to the “My Chart” message I sent AFTER they called me!

This is INSANITY and Highway robbery that I get charged for 5 minutes for my doctor reading a message I send in response to the doctor’s office calling me! You’re like lawyers now! I’m flabbergasted!
Please don’t respond or I will get another charge! Shame on Providence!

Go anywhere else but here. What this place has put me through to get a couple of blood test orders sent to a lab out of town speaks to their administrative incompetence and horrible customer service. They wasted several hours of my time and did not take my requests or medical needs seriously.
