Susie, the other staff, and owner have been nothing short of amazing when it comes to shipping needs! Susie always makes sure to give me all the options and we pick which one fits best. Also, the owner helped me out with a last minute very large packing project that I probably should’ve made an appointment for, but he still made time to get it done and I was able to get it shipped out on time. very appreciative of them and their team

Elyssa is awesome. Had to ship a large box and I didn't do the best job of taping it together. Elyssa taped the important edges and told me why she was taping them and let me know with the way she taped it and that my shipping box was new, that there shouldn't be an issue with it opening :) Elyssa was also very helpful, friendly and courteous. I'll be back next time I need to ship a package and hope to get Elyssa for service. I bought my boxes from there a couple nights ago and a male employee helped me who was also very nice. He even offered and did take the boxes to my car for me.

First time shipping a document internationally, the reviews about this location didn't make me feel confident about the upcoming experience, so the bar was set pretty low. Well, I needed a contract printed out in legal size paper. There were a couple of guys working, and one of them handled the printing while the other kept helping other customers until that was done. The printing took a while because they had to do formatting edits as the document would not print correctly. After trial and error, we reached a good enough printout. Now, you should know coming in that expecting these people to know how to ship everywhere on the planet is ridiculous. I had the address. I verified using Google Maps, stating from the beginning that this would probably be the clerks and my first time doing this, I told the clerk to enter the zip code first and the city appeared automatically entered by the system, then I had written the address amended by Google maps and told him to write it as is unless there were any prompts or warnings from the system which there were some giving no solution or auto correction, I said let's do it. Mind you, this was $100 to ship a paper contract of a few pages but it did include tracking and prompted the clerk to ask me for the recipients contact number in case of a problem during delivery which I gave without hesitation. The whole process took like an hour, best guess, but it got shipped, and I waited until the package was received (without a problem during transit and upon receipt). Could not be happier, hope I never have to do it again. Thanks to the staff for being patient and for me micro managing but sometimes you have to do that because the workers are not Santa's little elves that know where every package in the world should go, do your due diligence and expect a journey because that's exactly what it was to me. These guys are the best - it’s like the post office, except they’re fast, efficient and friendly. Verbal greeting when you hit the front door…not afraid to make Eye contact -What a concept.
Super efficient and knowledgeable - always willing to help you find a solution to any shipping question or issue. I opt for the UPS store whenever possible.

Elissa did a great job taking care of my shipping needs. Through her questioning, she as able to provide me the best option. She always also helpful packaging my return.

Had to ship some things back home from this UPS store and was helped by Ray. He went above and beyond and hustled to help me out which is something you don’t see too often over the past few years. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating and his willingness to help was so appreciated. The UPS store is lucky to have him as an employee.

Susie and her colleagues (Ray and Ravi) were extremely helpful to me in a difficult situation requiring shipping Internationally and to another location. So much appreciated as they helped me to make sure it was done correctly, and all items were handled in the most appropriate manner. 3 different directions for my items! Thank you so much for your patience and diligence.

Nathan gets all the stars for this package. He spent time completing a transaction on the phone to Hawaii. My son brought in 2 packages and he did the very best to help us get the package from Vancouver WA to Kauai, HI. We appreciate everything he did from answering my call, billing and emailing a receipt. Nathan was just amazing at customer sales and service! I wish he was at a Hawaii branch! Respect and Mahalo! Nathan has gone above and beyond on two different occasions, despite being slammed with customers. Both times, I needed help with handbills promoting musical events, and he proved extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ravi went way out of his job to help me redo mistakes in returning store items. I had accidentally tried to return items to a store which no longer exists where I live. He is so patient, kind and professional and I left feeling great!

went in for fingerprint services ! Elyssa was super nice and very efficient ! in and out in less than ten mins ! :D

Last week I needed to obtain fingerprints and was directed to the UPS store there in Camas. The staff at the store and particularly a young woman, whose name I think is Susie, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in assisting me to accomplish this task.

Ray was amazing. He was really patient, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The staff for this store, UPS store 4547, was really helpful.
