Super 8 by Wyndham Kennewick

The staff is all very friendly, helpful and I love how clean it is. The upgrades to security and general remodeling is very nice. It’s my favorite place to stay when I come to visit. Also the best continental breakfast I have ever had.

Asked for an extra chair for our room and they put one in right away. Coffee always fresh and ready in the lobby staff very nice big thank you for maki g our stay so lovely

For starters, I’ve NEVER left a review but after my amazing experience with the staff at this super 8 I had to! My friends and I were driving back from a camping trip and Kimberly was super helpful with checking us in although we came at a late hour and overall a very kind soul:) the rooms were very clean and AC was amazing! 10/10!!

I really felt so comfortable at that place. They were respectful owners. They got very good breakfast they don’t cut no corners really great people.

Rooms were very clean and the young lady that worked the front desk the evening of July 9, 2023/morning of July 10, 2023 is amazing!!! Superior Customer Service with a beautiful smile. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable!!

My only qualm was the hot tub turned my skin and nails blue. No complaints otherwise

This Hotel has a very dedicated clean and friendly staff.
The Lady's that attend to the rooms went above and beyond, they respected our kids toys. They took the extra time to arrange the Stuffed animal's after they made the beds. Our kids are still going on about how nice the staff is here.
Most Hotels just toss stuffed animal's in a corner and treat kids like an inconvenience but here kids and there stuff is respected.

I just had to come on here and brag about my experience. 1st of all, almost ALL of the front desk workers were amazing to us. My husband and I got kicked out of our apartment and were having a hard time finding a place to stay. We were able to come up with funds for a hotel stay and it was amazing. Christina was working the 1st night we were there and she was incredible. Telling us exactly how the hotel worked and where everything was. She wasn't super rude and she wasn't "overly" friendly either like fake. She was just right with all of the customers she encountered. She knew people by name and you can tell she cared. The other staff were amazing to us as well. I will ALWAYS recommend this hotel as long as these people work here! The housekeepers were even incredible often giving us a little extra time to check out(before we were charged) and making sure we had everything we needed. And not to mention the fricking breakfast! Need I say more:)

Great place, love the gal who works the desk 2-10pm. This hotel is our stop over on our yearly trip to the OR coast.

Nice clean, quiet building. Rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were clean with good showers. Friendly, helpful staff. Ample parking. Overall, a great stay.

For the past 19 years when visiting my wife's parents, we stay only at Super 8 Kennewick. they are pleasant staff, and they keep the rooms and hotel clean.

The property is family friendly, and centrally located to just about anything you might want to do. There are both casual & fine dining restaurants near, as well as entertainment, and plenty of shopping to fill just about any shop aholic's itch, at the Columbia Center Mall, as well as the Sportsman's Warehouse, REI, or Big 5 for the outdoor enthusiast. If you are more of a bargain hunter, but like more of a personal touch, there are plenty of deals to be had at the outlying thrift & consignment stores, as well as a few of the major outlet stores, such as Ross, and TJ Maxx, if you prefer more of a big-box store shopping experience.

The staff are always professional & friendly, and even though the interior finishes are dated, it is clean & very well kept up, There is an indoor pool that is open year round, and is handicap accessible. Upon arrival, i was made to feel welcome, comfortable, and safe, and would not only stay here again, but would recommend the Super 8, enthusiastically, without hesitation. All I can say is this place is great! The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and she didn't have to!! This is definitely a place worth staying!!! Thank you front desk lady! You deserve 10 ⭐ stars!!!!

We didn't have any problems staying here. We checked into room as soon as they were done cleaning it. Couldn't find dust or strange stains on flooring or even in the bed. Bed sheets were fresh and crisp. We had a two queen bedroom. Both beds were comfortable to sleep on. No weird cheese smells like other posts. (I think people forget that other people using rooms bring in dinner from surrounding dinning areas.) Front desk worker was on his A game!

Hallways are quiet. You can't really hear others around you unless they are yelling.

We used the pool. Area was clean. Pool bathroom was clean to use. There is enough seating to sit and watch family swim in.

Wow we had a Wonderful stay. My wife and I live in waitsburg and we both had business to tend to in the tricities, early in the morning. My wife checked in first and I caught up with her later. My first impression was a well groomed environment. And clean premises. The lobby was Stunningly beautiful and really thought out. The lobby is very comfortable and inducing. The sofas are comfy and the little pillows were a comfy accompaient to the sofa. What made it even more inducing was the coffee and tea bar. The selections were coffee, tea, hot water. If you want to eat food that requires hot water, no worries they have it covered. What was the icing on the proverbial "Cake" was the Front Desk , her name is Kimberly. She is a terrific person and a beautiful, warm, welcoming Aura about her. She made sure we had hot water and kept replenishing the coffee bar. Wiping it down and creating a safe covid free environment speakes to Kimberly's Saviness, and Hospitality Management. She helps visitors find different activities within tricities. I want to personally say thank you. Super 8 has an All-Star staff member. And Her name is Kimberly. Thank you Super 8. She was doting on Everyone and made sure All Guests were Happy. I recommend this Specific Hotel because of the comfortable Ambience and the staff is 100% locked in their respective professions. 5 Stars
