Brett was very helpful when asked. He did not hover. He allowed me to shop at my own pace. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and measure the couch for me. When I wanted to wait and measure my living room before I decided to commit, Brett gave me his card and wrote down what the couch was called.

Bret was very patient and allowed us time to ask questions and have time to reflect on comfort and size. We came back a second time and he asked if we had made a decision and helped us with finalities and the order. We truly appreciate his sales manner and knowledge. Thanks so much!

Had a great experience today. Went in to look around and left with a new sectional and glider. Dan helped us and was super helpful. We never felt any pressure to buy anything. Dan helped us find a couple good options we hadn't seen and was up front with us about all the pricing, added fees for delivery as well as all possible discounts. Overall it was a great experience. Dan was fun and personable. He was relatively new so managers had to assist with a few details. It looked like a good team and friendly dynamic. We are excited to receive our furniture in a couple of weeks!

First off, Furniture Row has very nice and quality items. They have neat edgy styles and more traditional looking furniture as well. The sales staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I like how they offer assistance but don’t hover. I highly recommend. This is my second time purchasing from them and I highly recommend.

Dan “The Man“ (my nickname for him ) was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and space. He gave us the information we needed and the space to talk about it.and he was available for when we had more questions The be was there to help with the final sale. It was probably one of my best furniture experiences I’ve ever had. Easy Peezy rice cheesy, no pressure I would shop here again because of that experience.

Jason Duncan was a fantastic salesman. Very professional and informative but also gave space for us to try beds and discuss. Excellent salesperson and experience.

Dan did an amazing job showing us the features and options available on the sectional we were interested in. He was knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to help us get our order placed on a day he was not even scheduled to be in the showroom. We are very pleased with our experience!

My husband & I had a wonderful experience at Furniture Row in Columbia, MO. Dan greeted us at the door and he told us he would let us look around and he would check in on us every 10-15 minutes to see if we had any questions. We both loved that, because I dislike it when salesman follow you all around the store. Dan was very helpful in the questions we had about a table & stool set we were interested in. My experience with Furniture Row is that it’s a great place to find really attractive, well-made, reasonably priced furniture. They have a wide variety, so you can probably find what you’re looking for in a style you like. Dan helped me and was super! He answered all my questions but wasn’t pushy. When I look other places I feel like I walk thru acres of the same stuff and I just waste time. I can go in Furniture Row and find what I want quickly and usually at a good price or wait a bit —they have good sales all the time. I recommend. It’s my favorite place for home furnishings.

Sales associate Dan was very helpful in helping us find a dining table. He was very low pressure and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

We walked in the store to just look around, but ended up buying a couch, chair and an ottoman. Miles was exceptionally helpful, but gave us plenty of time to look around without any pressure. The quality of the furniture was impressive!

Customer service was AMAZING! Our salesperson, Krys, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we searched for a chair for our daughter’s apartment. The selection was great and we were pleased that they could deliver it to her out-of-town address.

Staff was very helpful, but didn’t hover, selection was varied and found the perfect items .

The sales associate that helped me, I really wish I could remember his name, helped me find the most beautiful loveseat! I told him I needed something durable, in a certain color that reclined. He did not disappoint! He was very knowledgeable and super nice!
