Excellent car washes here, especially the speed, efficiency and economical pricing.
Though $18 for a premium wash seems high, considering the incredible salt loads on our roads with all this freeze thaw, and more slush than snow, it pays off in the long run.
With the premium comes pre-rinse, soak, detergent, rinse & water repel, as well as wax/polish/finish clear coat. And of course sidewall pressure wash and undercarriage power spray.
I do go elsewhere occasionally, but since Octopus transitioned to Mister car wash many years ago now, I've brought my car here 20 times. And I always am surprised at the thoroughness of the wash, and the efficiency of the organization: from check in & offers/pricing, payment, driver guide getting you on track to the first spray station, and the great wash line to dryers and exit.

On a recent trip up north, ran into a swarm of bugs and ran out of washer fluid. Had to find a car wash the next morning before we could travel any further. Staff was friendly and they did an excellent job on my poor car. Highly recommend

They did an absolutely amazing job on my Chevy cruise! I will be definitively going back for my other two car here very soon! I would highly recommend them they have great customer service!

We got the level two wash, which has an undercarriage wash for the winter salt and was about $15 after tax. They have a $30/month unlimited wash thing, which I might do, but I might also just go every once in a while. Regardless, the car came out very clean, and the assistant who rang us up was nice, if insistent we try the package, which is probably his job. Only note is if you have a scent sensitivity, definitely make sure you have the car on recirculate air and maybe wear a mask - the smell of the soap was pretty strong for the next 30 minutes, but after that goes away quickly.

Great service! Unbeknownst to me, tree I parked under dropped everything it had and everything got baked in for a few days. It was hard to even see out of the windshield. The guys at Mister Car Wash did a great job on the exterior, making it serviceable again. Thanks!

Went there today with my old SUV that has been severely neglected. They were amazing!!! Couldn't get the dealership that just did work on it to call me back about detailing, but this car wash did an amazing job and were completely respectful and Professional!! Honestly, if I could tip them I would have! My SUV hasn't looked or smelled that good in years and I am very thankful to them for doing such a great job!!!

Couple things: 3 stars for initial quality of service. Poorly vacuumed, one side of car wiped down, other side not so much. Remnants of bugs still on the hood.

One of the guys vacuuming supposedly sucked up a small console rubber "mat". That likely explains the poor vacuuming. Not really paying attention (taking note of interior existing conditions) or maybe he didn't care.

Four stars: They ran the car through again with better results.

Five Stars: Manager took my name & number & called me the next day and found the rubber mat they sucked up (they took apart the vacuum).

They aren't Octopus Car Wash, but they are doing a good job overall with the way things are, you know?

The team did an exceptional job on my vehicle today. I think it helped with fewer car washes going on. They were able to spend a bit more time wiping down my vehicle. No drips left behind to streak my car as I drove out of the lot.

I seldom write reviews, but Mister Car Wash employees do such a fantastic job with our mini-van each and every time. Every puff, cheerio, or long lost chicken nugget trapped under our car seats is meticulously swept up. I have never had a car wash that spent so much time on the interior. The kids also like the soap spray gun in the inside waiting room that they use to launch soap at the cars passing by in the wash.The workers are incredibly courteous and kind. Highly recommend.

Had the entire interior of my car cleaned today. I was a little worried at first with the cost, but when they were done, it was money well spent. The carpets were steamed, leather treated, mats washed, windows cleaned, dash treated, and an exterior wash in under 2 hours. Looks brand new inside. If you are going to sell a car, this cleaning is a must. I will be back. Well done.

I am a long-time customer with their $39 all-you-can-wash-per-month plan. At times I go every day, and they always work just as hard on my car for each wash. They wash the outside, vacuum the inside, clean the dash and interior, and wash the windows inside and out. I never have bugs on my bumper, hood, or windshield. Always clean as a whistle, and always smells good. $39 is a small price to pay for that.

They did an amazing job, and were very quick. I got an interior and exterior wash. My car was dirty and dusty with crumbs. I was very happy today with the service and price. I will be back.

After 2 years I'm updating my review from 4 to 5 stars. I rarely post reviews and never if I don't have a story to tell. I hate blindly selecting stars because in 2020, it's hard to say which is more suppressed (oppressed?) honesty or our attention spans so I'll make this as truthful and brief as I can.

Not even an hour ago I went to Mr. Carwash and had a, less than, stellar interior cleaning. I decided to return, not to get a second clean, but a refund on the interior wash. The outside was still worthy of value. No blame here, it's the saturday after thanksgiving - who wants to be working today? Much less cleaning the inside of a decade old rust bucket. Not me...which is why I was here.

I came back and Rodney (the GM) and a lady processing the original transactions (never caught her name) were very understanding. I just wanted to knock the price down to the exterior wash and call it even. But not only did they refund my money, but they gave me a voucher for a free cleaning. I'm not telling you this so that you can take advantage of their services. No, I want to give the full story so that you can make your own judgement on their service. I can say with full honesty, as long as I'm in madison, they'll have exclusive rights to cleaning my car - well, as long as it has paint left (which will be a long time God willing).

(Mr. Carwash owners, if you're reading this. Rodney and the lady I worked with offered service worthy of note. They went above and beyond and you'd be remiss to not acknowledge that, but even more so to not reward it. Good workers are hard to find. Genuine, honest and outstanding employees are practically impossible to find (let alone keep)).

I think they did a great job. My car was very dirty and they took extra time to clean the inside. For the cost and time they have to do it while you wait I was very happy with the job. Everyone was very friendly.

Great place to get a car wash! It is worth the wait! They do a great job and are very friendly. They have little suds shooter inside for the kids to enjoy while they wait along with complimentary popcorn and coffee to enjoy while you wait. Highly recommend!

Way nicer than you’d expect from a car wash

Formerly known as Octopus car wash. The new owners have updated this location and added wifi for their customers use. A combination of high tech and decayed stay pamper your car and make it look like new. Prices start around $11.00 and up depending on the services you choose.

It's okay. They don't vacuum or clean the inside of ur car.. fyi
