I went there on the week of Nov 15 and the extremely friendly staff were able to help me locate all the items I needed and explained any current sales or discounts with a high degree of accuracy! It was also fun to chat about certain series we all just so happened to be fans of too! Wonderful and warm family environment, thank you to Char and the wonderful Manager and Associates too! Such a great selection of products and the store was super clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful but still gave me space to browse and shop at my own pace. Highly recommend

I remember when this place was all about music. It obviously had to change to remain relevant. It's still a great place to shop for certain things such as Beetlejuice, Nightmare Before Christmas, and they still have a good selection of music shirts and memorabilia.

One of the only places to get the cool "alternative" style goods you need. I shop here for my 13 year old daughter and she loves it. They have a large selection of Anime, Disney, and youth inspired clothing, as well as body jewelry, buttons, socks etc. Staff at the South county mall location is always friendly and eager to help.
